The Changan Star 5 is a light-duty gasoline vehicle, equipped with a horizontal front grille and halogen headlight groups. Conventional door handles are equipped as standard.
The vehicle provides single-row and double-row cabin layouts with multiple cargo box specifications. The body dimensions vary according to different versions, with a maximum length of 4600 mm, a width of 1655 mm and a height of 1935 mm, and a maximum wheelbase of 2900 mm. Manually adjustable exterior mirrors are standard configurations.

Interior Design

The vehicle is equipped with a mechanical instrument panel and basic central control layout. Multiple interior color schemes are available, matched with fabric upholstery and plastic decorative trim. The vehicle supports manual air conditioning system. A mechanical gear shift lever is equipped as standard.
Standard configurations include basic driving safety configurations. Manual door locks and manual window lifts are standard. High-spec versions are equipped with USB interface and audio playback function. The vehicle supports basic vehicle electrical control functions.

Powertrain

The Changan Star 5 adopts rear-wheel drive layout, matched with 5-speed manual transmission. The vehicle is equipped with 1.2L and 1.4L inline four-cylinder naturally aspirated gasoline engines for different versions. The 1.2L engine has a maximum power of 66 kW and a peak torque of 118 Nm.
