Exterior Design
The Jetour Shanhai T1 adopts the same tough and wild off-road design language as other Jetour Shanhai series models, featuring a square and robust “boxy” body with sharp and rugged lines, integrating the “Zongheng Shanhai” off-road design concept, boasting both high recognition and strong off-road practicality, which is perfectly suitable for off-road adventures, outdoor camping and daily commuting. It is equipped with a large-size hollow grille, with a prominent three-dimensional “JETOUR” brand logo embedded in the center, paired with thick metal decorative strips around the grille, creating a powerful and imposing visual effect. The integrated matrix LED headlight group is equipped with a through-type daytime running light, and the two sides extend into sharp light strips that echo the off-road temperament, with a unique light language design that enhances the sense of technology and recognition. The rear is equipped with a side-opening electric tailgate with a full-size external spare tire (available with a spare tire cover), vertically arranged LED taillights with a tough style, and an exposed off-road-style exhaust layout, with flowing turn signals that further highlight its wild off-road attributes. The body is available in four color options: Obsidian Black, Rock Gray, Desert Gold, and Glacier White, all adopting high-wear-resistant painting technology, which can resist scratches and corrosion during off-road driving, maintaining a good appearance.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4,785 mm in length, 2,006 mm in width, and 1,970 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,800 mm, featuring a reasonable ratio of long wheelbase and short overhang, which not only ensures sufficient interior space but also improves off-road passability. The body adopts an iconic square box shape, with black-painted A/B/C pillars forming a floating roof effect, paired with off-road-style roof luggage racks, widened wheel arches, and metal side steps, further enhancing the tough off-road visual effect and practicality. The vehicle is equipped with 17-inch off-road wheels as standard, and the top-spec model can be optionally equipped with 18-inch off-road alloy wheels with 265/65 R17 all-terrain tires, which not only enhances the visual effect but also improves off-road grip and passability, meeting the needs of various complex off-road road conditions and daily commuting.
Interior Design
The Jetour Shanhai T1 is equipped with a 12.3-inch full LCD digital instrument cluster and a 14.6-inch floating central touchscreen, paired with the TOUR OS intelligent AI cockpit system, delivering a smooth and outstanding visual and operating experience. It supports intelligent voice interaction with a large model, allowing passengers in different positions to control vehicle functions directly without approaching the main driver, which is convenient and practical. Interior color schemes include two options: all-black and black-orange two-tone, catering to personalized preferences—the all-black interior highlights the tough off-road style, while the black-orange two-tone interior adds a touch of fashion to the toughness. The interior adopts a combination of high-quality materials, with a large area of leather wrapping and anti-slip plastic trim, which is wear-resistant and easy to clean, adapting to the harsh use environment of off-road driving. The seats are off-road-style comfortable seats wrapped in wear-resistant leather, with thick seat cushions and backrests, good wrapping performance, and front seat ventilation and heating functions, ensuring comfort during long-distance off-road and daily driving.
In terms of features, the standard model of the Jetour Shanhai T1 is equipped with off-road mode switching, rear parking sensors, a rearview camera, manual air conditioning, leather seats, and multiple charging ports, meeting the basic use needs. The higher-spec versions add L2-level advanced driver-assistance systems, active braking, a 360° panoramic camera system (including a transparent chassis), which is convenient for observing road conditions during off-road driving and avoiding scratches on the chassis. The vehicle is also equipped with multiple flexible storage spaces, including a large-capacity central armrest box, door storage slots, and seat back pockets, which can store off-road tools, water bottles, and other items. The rear seats can be folded flat, with a maximum expanded space of 1600L, which can place off-road equipment and camping supplies, meeting the needs of outdoor off-road and camping scenarios. In addition, the body is made of 85% high-strength steel, with a body torsion stiffness of up to 28000N·m/deg, forming a solid body structure, further ensuring driving safety during off-road driving.
Powertrain
The Jetour Shanhai T1 is equipped with the Jetour Kunpeng Super Hybrid C-DM system as standard, consisting of a 1.5TGDI hybrid-specific engine and a high-power electric motor, paired with a 3-speed DHT hybrid transmission, ensuring strong power output and smooth shifting. The engine has a maximum power of 115 kW and a thermal efficiency of up to 44.5%, and both can use 92# gasoline, reducing daily use costs. The system’s comprehensive maximum power reaches 300 kW and the comprehensive peak torque is 750 N·m, with an official 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 5.9 seconds, delivering strong power performance that can easily cope with complex off-road road conditions such as steep slopes and muddy roads. The vehicle offers multiple driving modes such as ECO, NORMAL, SPORT, Off-road, Snow, and Mud, adapting to different driving scenarios and meeting the diverse needs of off-road adventures and daily commuting.
The Jetour Shanhai T1 is equipped with a 28.3 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack, with a CLTC-rated pure electric cruising range of 120 km, and a comprehensive cruising range of up to 1300 km, effectively eliminating range anxiety during long-distance off-road and self-driving trips. In fast-charging mode, it takes about 25 minutes to charge from 30% to 80%, greatly improving charging efficiency. The vehicle is also equipped with a 6.6 kW external power output function, which can drive multiple high-power electrical appliances at the same time, meeting the needs of outdoor camping, off-road maintenance and other scenarios. The official WLTC feed-in fuel consumption is 5.8 L/100km, and the actual fuel consumption is about 6.2 L/100km under comprehensive working conditions, which is quite excellent for a hard-core off-road SUV. In addition, the vehicle is equipped with a full-time four-wheel drive system, a front and rear differential lock, and a central differential lock (three locks in total), with a maximum climbing angle of 60°, and a maximum wading depth of 800 mm, delivering excellent off-road performance.
