Exterior Design
The Haval Raptor adopts a rugged boxy hard-core off-road design language, featuring an upright front fascia with vertical waterfall grille and square tenon-shaped full LED headlights. Thick black plastic wheel arch claddings and raised body side creases highlight its wild off-road temperament. The rear is fitted with vertical segmented taillights and an exposed rear bumper with anti-scratch protection plates, improving both practicality and visual toughness. Available exterior colors include Snow White, Rock Gray, Jungle Green and Desert Sand.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4,800 mm in length, 1,916 mm in width, and 1,901 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,738 mm. It boasts a minimum ground clearance of 224 mm for excellent cross-country passing performance. The rear seats adopt a 40/60 split-folding layout to expand cargo space for outdoor camping supplies. Two wheel choices are offered: 18-inch all-terrain off-road wheels and 19-inch road sport wheels.
Interior Design
The Haval Raptor features a rugged practical cockpit layout, equipped with a 12.3-inch full LCD digital instrument cluster and a 14.6-inch floating central touchscreen. It replaces the traditional mechanical gear lever with an electronic column shifter to simplify interior space. Interior color schemes include Jet Black, Dark Khaki and Deep Blue, matched with wear-resistant leather upholstery and anti-slip metal decorative panels. Standard configurations include front side airbags, front and rear parking sensors, rearview camera and constant-speed cruise control.
The higher-spec Premium version adds Level 2 intelligent driver-assistance systems and active emergency braking, along with practical off-road-oriented functions such as a 360-degree panoramic camera with transparent chassis view, heated front seats and multi-terrain driving mode adjustment.
Powertrain
The Haval Raptor is equipped with an in-house developed 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-four gasoline engine, delivering a maximum power output of 175 kW and peak torque of 385 Nm. It is paired with a transverse 9-speed wet dual-clutch transmission, with an official top speed of 190 km/h and 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 8.1 seconds. All models come standard with BorgWarner sixth-generation intelligent four-wheel drive and rear electronically controlled locking differential.
The vehicle supports 92-octane regular gasoline, with an official WLTC comprehensive fuel consumption of 8.65 L per 100 kilometers. It provides nine customizable driving modes covering snow, mud, sand and rock road conditions, meeting daily commuting and all-terrain off-road travel demands.
