Exterior Design
The Volvo EX90 adopts the brand’s pure electric SUV design language, equipped with a closed front grille and iconic Thor’s Hammer LED daytime running lights, as well as vertical taillight sets. The vehicle is available in multiple body color options, including Crystal White, Onyx Black and Aurora Gray. It offers 21-inch and 22-inch wheel configurations for different versions.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 5,037 mm in length, 1,964 mm in width, and 1,747 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,984 mm. The model provides 6-seater and 7-seater layout options. The vehicle is fitted with a fixed panoramic glass roof as standard.
Interior Design
The Volvo EX90 is equipped with a 9-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.5-inch central vertical touchscreen. The interior color schemes include Nordic Charcoal and Dawn, matched with sustainable Nordico leather and wood grain decorative panels. The vehicle supports ambient lighting and interior noise cancellation functions.
In terms of configurations, the standard model is equipped with front and side airbags, rear parking sensors, rearview camera, and adaptive cruise control. It comes with Bowers & Wilkins audio system, electric adjustable and heated steering wheel, and automatic anti-glare rearview mirror. The high-spec version is fitted with LiDAR sensing system, 360-degree panoramic camera, and Level 2+ intelligent driving assistance system with active braking.
Powertrain
The Volvo EX90 is available in twin-motor all-wheel drive and twin-motor performance all-wheel drive versions. The standard twin-motor model delivers a maximum power of 298 kW, while the performance version outputs a maximum power of 375 kW and peak torque of 910 Nm. It is matched with a single-speed electric transmission, with an official 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 4.9 seconds and an electronically limited top speed of 180 km/h.
The vehicle is equipped with a 111 kWh high-voltage battery pack based on 800V electric architecture. The CLTC-rated range reaches 625 km for twin-motor versions. It supports ultra-fast charging, which can charge the battery from 10% to 80% in approximately 22 minutes. The model is compatible with 3.3 kW external power output function.
