Exterior Design
The Audi Q2L e-tron is based on the fuel-efficient Q2L, but the details are undoubtedly more elaborate. The iconic hexagonal grille adopts a closed design with matte grey trim, which not only strengthens its electric identity, but also adds a sense of technology and futuristic feeling on the visual surface.The personalized color blocking option on the C-pillar, together with the floating roof and 21-inch wheels, makes the whole car look more cool and dynamic, fully satisfying the pursuit of personalization by young consumers. At the rear, the traditional exhaust pipe design has been eliminated and replaced by the “30 e-tron” rear label, which clearly and concisely highlights the new energy attributes of the car.
Interior Design
Inside the car, the interior layout of Audi Q2L e-tron basically retains the style of the fuel version, but the detailed adjustments should not be overlooked. 12.3-inch virtual cockpit has a prominent sense of technology, providing drivers with clear and intuitive driving information. However, in terms of materials and configuration, the Q2L e-tron is a little plainer. Configurations such as woven seats and manual adjustment, although to a certain extent reduce the cost, but also make some consumers question the quality of its interior. In addition, the new car odor takes a long time to dissipate the problem, also aroused the concern of some owners.
In terms of space performance, the Audi Q2L e-tron, as a compact SUV, has body dimensions and a wheelbase that are in the middle of its class. Rear legroom is relatively constricted, and the floor bulge is obvious, which has a certain impact on the comfort of the middle passenger. The trunk has a conventional volume of 347L, and although it can be expanded to 1006L with the seats down, the opening height is low, making it slightly inconvenient to carry large items. Therefore, in terms of space practicality, the Q2L e-tron is more suitable for short-distance traveling needs of 2-3 people.
Power and Range
The Audi Q2L e-tron is equipped with a Li-ion ternary battery provided by Ningde Times, whose capacity has been boosted to 38kWh, and its range under CLTC conditions reaches 334km (an increase of 69km compared to the old model). This improvement undoubtedly enhances its practicality for urban commuting. Meanwhile, the Q2L e-tron also supports fast charging technology, which can charge up to 80% in just 30 minutes. In terms of power output, the motor has a maximum power of 100kW and a peak torque of 290N-m. Although the 0-100km/h acceleration time is only 10.2 seconds, the power output is linear, which is enough to cope with all kinds of road conditions in daily driving. In terms of chassis, the Q2L e-tron adopts a front MacPherson + rear multi-link suspension structure, with moderate filtering performance, but strong suspension support, and better handling flexibility than most SUVs in the same class.
