Exterior Design

The Geely Galaxy L6, a compact plug-in hybrid sedan built on the GEA global intelligent new energy architecture, inherits the brand’s iconic “Starry Ripple” design language, integrating elegant oriental aesthetics with dynamic sporty lines to cater to the demands of urban commuting and family travel. It features a sleek front fascia with a semi-closed “Galaxy Waterfall” grille, paired with sharp split LED headlights and distinctive linear daytime running lights, creating a high-recognition and youthful visual effect. The side profile adopts a “short suspension and long wheelbase” layout with smooth and slender lines, a sloping roof that extends from the front to the rear, enhancing its sporty stance, while the 17-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels (18-inch for mid-to-high configurations) and blackened window frames add a touch of refinement. The rear is equipped with a “Rising Sun” through-type LED taillight that echoes the front headlight design, paired with a streamlined rear bumper and a hidden exhaust layout, achieving a perfect balance between simplicity and sportiness. The body has undergone professional aerodynamic optimization and is available in multiple stylish color options, including Glacier White, Sky Blue, Obsidian Black, and Champagne Silver, all featuring high-quality paint that presents a delicate and glossy texture under light.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle is positioned as a 4-door 5-seat compact sedan, ensuring ample interior space for both front and rear passengers. The rear knee space reaches 870 mm to avoid crowding even during long rides, providing a comfortable riding experience for the whole family. The rear seats feature a 40/60 split-folding design, which significantly expands the storage flexibility of the trunk, with a basic volume of 430L that can be further expanded to meet the diverse needs of daily use and short-distance travel, easily accommodating large items such as luggage and strollers.

Interior Design

The Geely Galaxy L6 adopts a comfortable wrap-around cockpit layout, with horizontal lines stretching the visual width, creating a warm and technological interior atmosphere. It is equipped with a 10.25-inch floating digital instrument cluster and a 14.6-inch narrow-edge floating central touchscreen (horizontal layout for better visual experience), forming a dual-screen interaction system. Paired with the Flyme Auto intelligent cockpit system and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, it delivers a smooth and intelligent operating experience, supporting seamless connection between the vehicle, mobile phone and cloud, as well as dual-zone voice wake-up and continuous recognition. The interior is extensively wrapped in soft materials and high-grade environmentally friendly leather, paired with delicate decorative strips, enhancing the sense of refinement and comfort. The cabin is equipped with “Marshmallow Series” seats filled with memory foam, ensuring zero-sense comfort, and multiple interior color schemes are available to cater to different personalized aesthetic preferences of users.
In terms of features, the standard model comes equipped with practical configurations such as alloy wheels, multiple airbags, rear parking sensors, a rearview camera, and cruise control. The mid-to-high configurations add advanced features such as an openable panoramic sunroof, 540° transparent chassis, 50W wireless fast charging, 256-color “Firefly” ambient light, and an intelligent fragrance system. The top-spec model is also equipped with Level 2 advanced driver assistance systems, front seat heating, ventilation and massage functions (only heating for the co-pilot), as well as physical buttons for air conditioning and exterior rearview mirrors for more convenient operation. Additionally, the vehicle is equipped with dual-zone automatic constant temperature air conditioning, multiple USB/Type-C ports supporting fast charging, and multiple storage compartments throughout the cabin, meeting the daily use needs of users and improving comfort and convenience.

Powertrain

The Geely Galaxy L6 is equipped with a plug-in hybrid system consisting of a 1.5L naturally aspirated four-cylinder hybrid-specific engine and a front-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor, paired with a 1-speed DHT hybrid-specific transmission and front-wheel drive. The 1.5L engine has a maximum power of 82 kW (112 Ps) and a peak torque of 136 Nm, while the electric motor delivers a maximum power of 160 kW (218 Ps) and a peak torque of 262 Nm. The vehicle accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in only 6.3 seconds and has an official top speed of 180 km/h, delivering smooth and responsive power output for daily commuting and highway driving.
In terms of battery and range, the Geely Galaxy L6 is equipped with a lithium iron phosphate Divine Shield Battery, offering two CLTC-rated pure electric range options: 60 km and 140 km, corresponding to battery capacities of 8.5 kWh and 19.09 kWh respectively. The vehicle has a CLTC-rated comprehensive cruising range of up to 2000 km and a feed fuel consumption as low as 3.6 L per 100 km, achieving excellent energy-saving performance. The 140 km range version supports 38 kW fast charging, which can charge from 30% to 80% in approximately 20 minutes, while the 60 km range version only supports slow charging (about 2.7 hours). The three-electric system enjoys a lifetime warranty for the first owner (subject to official terms), ensuring reliable use.
