Exterior Design
The Haval H6 adopts the brand’s “Galaxy Aesthetics” design language, positioned as a compact urban SUV that embodies a stable, dynamic and sophisticated temperament, tailored for family users and consumers pursuing practicality and versatility. It features a striking “Guardian” front face with a grid dot-matrix grille, which combines with the daytime running lights to form an “H” shape, echoing the brand’s core identity and enhancing the front face’s recognition. The integrated “Star Shine” LED headlight groups, composed of 54 LED beads, ensure clear lighting during night driving, with a high-beam irradiation distance of up to 190 meters, while the “Galaxy Waterfall” daytime running lights with vertical stripe design add a sense of fashion and technology.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4,703 mm in length, 1,886 mm in width, and 1,730 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,738 mm, presenting a standard compact SUV posture that balances interior space and urban maneuverability. The body is designed with smooth and powerful waistlines extending from the front to the rear, creating a poised and dynamic stance, complemented by optional black exterior kits (including black rims, black window frames and black roof rails) for a more sporty look. The rear is equipped with “Galaxy Wings” LED taillights composed of 248 LED beads, which present a brilliant starry effect when lit, paired with a streamlined rear spoiler and a simple rear bumper with decorative exhausts, highlighting the overall coordination. It offers a variety of exterior color options to meet different personalized aesthetic needs, and comes standard with 18-inch aluminum alloy rims, with optional 19-inch rims.
Interior Design
The Haval H6 features a comfortable and intelligent interior layout that combines practicality, technology and home-style warmth, based on the design concept of “User-Centric Comfort”. It is equipped with a 12.3-inch full LCD instrument cluster and a 12.3-inch multi-scene interconnected intelligent control screen, forming a dual-screen interactive system that delivers an excellent visual and operational experience. It supports seamless connection with mainstream mobile phone brands, intelligent voice recognition and remote control functions, ensuring smooth operation and humanized interaction for daily use.
In terms of features and space, the interior adopts a wrap-around cockpit design, with large-area soft materials wrapping frequently touched areas, paired with delicate stitching and wave-patterned glossy decorative panels, highlighting a warm and refined sense of quality. The vehicle adopts a 5-door 5-seat layout, with multiple humanized storage spaces throughout the car to meet daily storage needs. The front seats are designed according to ergonomics, using dual-density foaming technology for a comfortable riding experience, and supporting electric adjustment, heating and ventilation functions on higher-spec variants. The rear seats offer ample legroom and can be folded proportionally to expand the luggage compartment space. Standard configurations include a six-way floating window stereo system, automatic air conditioning, multiple USB interfaces, keyless entry and one-button start. Higher-spec variants add a HUD head-up display, 360° panoramic camera and L2-level advanced driving assistance systems.
Powertrain
The Haval H6 is built on a high-performance chassis, available in multiple powertrain configurations to meet different user needs, including gasoline versions and optional plug-in hybrid versions. The main configurations are 1.5T and 2.0T turbocharged inline-4 engines. The 1.5T GDIT EVO engine has an upgraded electronic turbocharger, delivering a maximum power of 135 kW and a peak torque of 275 Nm, which can be stably output in the range of 1500 to 4000 rpm, paired with a second-generation 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission with a shift response time of ≤150ms. The 2.0T engine delivers a maximum power of 175 kW and a peak torque of 385 Nm, paired with a 9-speed wet dual-clutch transmission, with front-wheel drive as standard and four-wheel drive optional for some variants.
The 1.5T version has a WLTC comprehensive fuel consumption of 6.89 L/100km, while the 2.0T version has a WLTC comprehensive fuel consumption of 7.4 L/100km, supporting 92-octane gasoline to balance power and fuel economy. The 2.0T version has an official 0-100km/h acceleration time of 7.2 seconds and a top speed of 215 km/h. It is equipped with a MacPherson independent front suspension and a multi-link independent rear suspension, paired with electric power steering, ensuring excellent driving stability and comfort on various road conditions. Its high-strength body structure and comprehensive safety configurations further enhance driving safety, making it suitable for both daily urban commuting and family long-distance travel.
