Exterior Design
The Voyah Free adopts the brand’s iconic “Kunpeng Spreading Wings” family design language, positioning as a high-end mid-size intelligent electric SUV that integrates sportiness and luxury. Its front fascia features a sleek and dynamic closed grille, paired with the “Kunpeng Spreading Wings” through-type LED headlight group, which is sharp and atmospheric, creating a strong sense of technology and visual impact. The front bumper is equipped with a large-size air intake, decorated with chrome trim strips, which not only enhances the sporty style but also optimizes the aerodynamic performance. The side profile has smooth and dynamic lines, with a sloping roof design that presents a coupe-like posture, and the waistline runs through the entire body, stretching the visual length. The multi-spoke sports wheels and black wheel arch decorations further highlight the dynamic temperament of the vehicle. The rear is equipped with a through-type taillight group, which is highly recognizable when lit, matched with a high-mounted spoiler and a simple rear bumper, forming a perfect echo with the front face. The body is available in multiple color options such as Deep Sea Blue, Starry Black, Glacier White and Sunset Orange, meeting the diverse aesthetic needs of different users.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4,905 mm in length, 1,950 mm in width, and 1,645 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,960 mm, which provides ample space for the interior. The scientific body design maximizes the use of space, ensuring comfortable headroom and legroom for both front and rear passengers, and the trunk volume is practical enough to easily meet the needs of daily commuting, family travel and outdoor activities.
Interior Design
The Voyah Free adopts a luxurious and intelligent interior design style, with a symmetrical center console layout, wrapped with high-grade soft materials and real wood trim, creating a warm and high-end riding atmosphere. The interior is equipped with a 12.3-inch full LCD instrument cluster, a 15.6-inch floating central touchscreen and a 9-inch touch control panel for the air conditioning system, forming a three-screen interactive system that brings a full-scene intelligent experience. The central touchscreen supports multi-touch and voice control, with smooth operation and rich functions, which can easily control the vehicle’s air conditioning, audio, navigation and other systems. The interior is available in two color schemes: black and beige, as well as black and red, catering to different personalized preferences of users.
In terms of features, the standard model comes equipped with practical functions such as rear parking sensors, a 360-degree panoramic camera, adaptive cruise control, electric tailgate and keyless entry. It also has luxury configurations including front and rear seat heating, ventilation and massage functions, a 10-speaker VOYAH-Sound audio system, and a dual-zone automatic air conditioning system with PM2.5 filtration. The front seats support multi-directional electric adjustment, and the rear seats are spacious and comfortable, with a backrest adjustable function to relieve fatigue during long-distance travel. The higher-spec version is equipped with an intelligent driving assistance system, including lane keeping, automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring and other functions, which further improves driving safety and convenience. In addition, it is equipped with a wireless charging board and multiple USB interfaces to meet the charging needs of passengers.
Powertrain
The Voyah Free offers two power modes: PHEV and EV, built on the self-developed ESSA native intelligent electric architecture. The PHEV version is equipped with a 1.5T turbocharged engine and dual electric motors, with a total system power of 360 kW and a total system torque of 720 N·m, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds, with an official top speed of 200 km/h. The EV version is equipped with dual electric motors, with a maximum power of 360 kW and a peak torque of 720 N·m, delivering strong and stable performance, and accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.7 seconds.
The PHEV version is equipped with a 33 kWh ternary lithium battery pack, offering a CLTC pure electric range of 140 km and a CLTC comprehensive range of 1,031 km, realizing the perfect combination of daily electric use and long-distance hybrid travel. It supports fast charging and slow charging, and it takes about 30 minutes to charge from 20% to 80% in fast-charging mode. The EV version is equipped with a 88 kWh battery pack, with a CLTC cruising range of 500 km, supporting 110 kW fast charging, and it takes about 45 minutes to charge from 20% to 80%. The vehicle is also equipped with an intelligent energy management system, which can automatically adjust the power output mode according to driving conditions, improving energy utilization efficiency. In addition, it is equipped with air suspension and CDC adaptive damping system, which effectively filters road vibrations and improves driving comfort and stability.
