Exterior Design
The Bestune Pony adopts the brand’s “Cute Pet Aesthetics” design language, positioning as a pure electric microcar tailored for urban commuting, daily travel and short-distance trips, integrating cuteness, practicality and cost-effectiveness, and is favored by young consumers and female users. Its front fascia features a color-blocked grille design, paired with large-sized cute round LED headlights that are square in shape and round in details, which are highly recognizable and perfectly interpret the cute style. The front bumper is equipped with simple decorative strips, and the fog lamp area is integrated with simple air guide structures, creating a concise and lively visual effect. A unique unicorn-shaped antenna is installed on the roof, adding a playful touch to the overall shape. The side of the body has rounded and smooth lines, with capsule-shaped decorative elements on the doors and bumpers, and adopts compact and practical traditional door handles. It is equipped with small-sized alloy wheels that match the microcar positioning, and the overall body is compact and flexible, making it easy to park in narrow urban spaces. The rear design is consistent with the front style, with round LED taillights echoing the front headlights, and a simple rear bumper that maintains the overall cuteness. The body is available in multiple vibrant color options including Peach Pink, Bubble Blue, Camellia Green, Sky Gray, Jasmine White and Cheese White, with a 6-layer painting process to ensure color texture, meeting the personalized aesthetic needs of different consumers.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 3,000 mm in length, 1,510 mm in width, and 1,630 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 1,953 mm, which is compact and flexible, making it very suitable for urban commuting. The reasonable space layout can accommodate four adults above 175cm, and the rear seats support proportional folding, which can expand the trunk volume to 300L with a large opening of 573mm, easily accommodating daily necessities and small luggage, meeting the needs of short-distance travel and daily commuting. It has a minimum ground clearance of 130mm, which can easily pass through small pits and ridges on urban roads, ensuring good passability in daily use.
Interior Design
The Bestune Pony adopts a cute and practical cockpit layout, integrating comfort, fun and intelligence, creating a warm and lively interior atmosphere. It is equipped with a simple and easy-to-operate instrument panel and a compact central control screen, which supports basic functions such as Bluetooth connection and mobile phone interconnection, bringing convenient operation experience. The interior continues the capsule design elements of the exterior, with playful details such as game handle-style buttons and dessert-shaped circular shift knobs, adding a sense of fun to the driving experience. A large number of high-quality and easy-to-clean materials are used in the car, paired with multiple interior color schemes, and the 2026 model adds Cocoa Brown interior color, which is warm and soft, enhancing the comfort of the riding environment. It is equipped with ergonomic seats, with the main driver’s seat designed in a 6:4 ratio to maximize comfort; the main driver’s seat has a width of 480mm and a depth of 430mm, which is larger than that of the same level, and the main driver is equipped with a makeup mirror to meet the needs of female users. The interior is also equipped with a variety of storage spaces, which are practical and convenient, further improving the convenience of daily use.
In terms of features, the standard model comes equipped with alloy wheels, a driver’s airbag, tire pressure monitoring, rear parking sensors, hill-start assist, APP remote control, Bluetooth and other practical functions, ensuring basic safety and convenience. The higher-spec version adds functions such as creep mode, key image recording, Bluetooth key and keyless start, and supports OTA intelligent automatic upgrade, AI parent-child picture book space and thousands of arcade games, further enhancing the vehicle’s safety, intelligence and fun. All models are equipped with a high-standard health cockpit, which has passed 53 items of four major types of health tests including allergen test and high-temperature VOC test, and 98% of the indicators are far higher than the national standard, ensuring the health of passengers.
Powertrain
The Bestune Pony is a pure electric vehicle equipped with a rear-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor, providing two power options to meet different travel needs. The entry-level version is equipped with a motor with a maximum power of 20 kW and a peak torque of 85 Nm, while the higher-spec version is equipped with a motor with a maximum power of 30 kW and a peak torque of 90 Nm, both paired with a single-speed fixed-ratio electric transmission, ensuring smooth and responsive power output, suitable for daily urban commuting. The vehicle has an official top speed of 100 km/h and supports switching between sport and economic driving modes. It is equipped with lithium iron phosphate battery packs of different capacities: the entry-level version has 9.4 kWh and 13.9 kWh battery packs, providing CLTC pure electric ranges of 122 km and 170 km respectively; the 2026 model is equipped with an 18.11 kWh battery pack, with a CLTC pure electric range of up to 222 km. The vehicle has a comprehensive power consumption of 8.8 kWh per 100 km, with a cost as low as 0.05 yuan per kilometer, which is energy-saving and economical. It supports slow charging, and the charging time is adjusted according to the battery capacity, fully meeting the needs of daily short-distance travel. It is equipped with a simple and reliable suspension system, which can effectively filter road bumps, maintain stable driving performance on urban roads, and ensure a comfortable and safe driving experience.
