The Dayun Yuehu adopts a rounded and full design language that is both fashionable and dynamic, which is specially created for urban commuting and daily travel. It features a flat front fascia with a distinctive split-type headlight design, where the upper part is the daytime running light and the lower part is the far and near beam lamp—only the top configuration is equipped with LED light groups, while other models are equipped with halogen lamps. The prominent “DAYUN” brand logo on the front hood enhances the brand recognition, and the front grille integrates fast charging and slow charging ports, realizing the perfect combination of functionality and aesthetics. The side of the body is compact and exquisite, with blackened side skirts decorated with chrome trim to add a touch of sophistication, and the smooth lines outline a lively and youthful posture. The rear is equipped with a through-type LED taillight, which has an excellent lighting effect and shows a strong sense of three-dimensionality and layering through geometric surfaces. The body is available in multiple fashionable color options including Spruce Green and Yangfei Pink, catering to the personalized aesthetic needs of young consumers and urban families. It also offers practical wheel styles, matching the overall dynamic and simple design style.
In terms of dimensions, the Dayun Yuehu measures 3,695 mm in length, 1,685 mm in width, and 1,598 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,410 mm. As a 5-door 5-seat small SUV, its 2,410 mm wheelbase ensures a practical interior space that meets the needs of daily commuting and short-distance family travel. The front and rear interior space is reasonably arranged for a small SUV, and the vehicle is equipped with a 201mm ground clearance, which has excellent passability and can easily cope with bumpy roads in cities and rural areas. The rear seats feature a flexible folding design, which increases the flexibility of storage and seating, and the practical trunk space can easily accommodate daily necessities, shopping bags and other items, providing more convenience for daily use.
Interior Design
The interior of the Dayun Yuehu adopts a simple and fashionable design style, with a clean and layered center console, which is both practical and aesthetically pleasing. It is equipped with a 7-inch full LCD instrument cluster and an 8-inch floating central touchscreen, integrating the Dayun intelligent connection system, which can realize remote monitoring, remote unlocking, vehicle start and other functions, bringing a convenient and intelligent driving experience to users. The interior color scheme is mainly simple and comfortable, matching the overall positioning of the vehicle, and the cockpit is equipped with practical configurations such as a multi-function steering wheel, which is easy to operate and improves driving safety. The seats are designed to be comfortable and conform to the human body shape, providing good support for long-distance riding, and the whole interior is made of practical materials, focusing on durability and practicality.
In terms of features, the whole series of Dayun Yuehu is standard with practical configurations such as rear parking sensors, rearview camera, cruise control, tire pressure monitoring and hill-start assist, effectively improving driving safety and convenience. The high-spec luxury version is equipped with more convenient configurations such as keyless entry and one-button start, further enhancing the sense of experience. In addition, the vehicle is also equipped with 4G network, one-button window lifting with anti-pinch function and four-wheel disc brakes, which comprehensively improve the safety and convenience of the vehicle, and fully meet the daily use needs of users.
Powertrain
The Dayun Yuehu is a pure electric vehicle, which is equipped with a front-mounted single permanent magnet synchronous electric motor as standard for the whole series, with a maximum power output of 35 kW (48 horsepower) and a peak torque of 105 Nm, matched with a single-speed electric transmission, and an official top speed of 100 km/h, which is very suitable for urban commuting and short-distance travel. The vehicle provides three battery and endurance combinations to meet different consumer needs: the 230 version is equipped with a 20.42 kWh ternary lithium battery, with a CLTC pure electric endurance of 230 km; the 300 version is equipped with a 30.66 kWh ternary lithium battery, with a CLTC pure electric endurance of 300 km; the 330 version is equipped with a 31.7 kWh ternary lithium battery, with a CLTC pure electric endurance of 330 km.
In terms of charging, the Dayun Yuehu supports both fast charging and slow charging. In fast charging mode, it takes about 0.9 hours to charge from 20% to 80%, and the slow charging time is 6 to 8 hours depending on the battery capacity—the 230 version takes about 6 hours to fully charge, while the 300 and 330 versions take about 8 hours to fully charge. The battery pack enjoys an unlimited mileage and unlimited year warranty for the first private non-operational car owner, ensuring users worry-free use. The vehicle is also equipped with MacPherson independent suspension for both front and rear, providing a stable and comfortable driving experience, and the EPS electronic power steering system makes driving lighter and more flexible, easily coping with various urban road conditions.
