It features a sleek, low-slung silhouette with a Cd 0.195 ultra-low drag coefficient, balancing aerodynamic efficiency with visual drama. The front fascia adopts a supercar-inspired layout with a sculpted bonnet, sharp C-shaped matrix LED headlights with integrated lenses, and a honeycomb-patterned front air intake, delivering exceptional recognition and aggression.
The car side showcases a dynamic coupe-like roofline with a graceful “Dunhuang Flying Apsaras” waistline, accentuated by frameless doors, hidden door handles, and flared wheel arches for a wide, muscular stance. The rear features a sculpted tail with a through-type LED light bar and an automatically adjustable rear spoiler that optimizes downforce and aerodynamics, enhancing high-speed stability. The body is finished in a range of premium color options, including exclusive metallic and matte finishes, catering to the discerning tastes of luxury buyers.
In terms of dimensions, the U7 PHEV measures 5,360 mm in length, 2,000 mm in width, and 1,515 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,200 mm—providing class-leading rear legroom and overall spaciousness. It is equipped with large multi-spoke alloy wheels and optional adaptive air suspension with cloud computing control, ensuring a smooth ride while maintaining a commanding road presence. Interior Design
The Yangwang U7 PHEV’s interior is crafted around the “Star Ring Cockpit” concept, integrating traditional Chinese symmetrical aesthetics with cutting-edge technology to create an immersive luxury cabin. The centerpiece is a 12.8-inch OLED curved “Galaxy Waterfall” screen that flows seamlessly from the instrument panel to the center console, supporting multi-screen interaction and gesture control for an intuitive user experience.
The interior is upholstered in premium Nappa leather with meticulous diamond stitching, complemented by hand-polved teak or black walnut wood trim inspired by traditional Chinese craftsmanship. The seats feature ergonomic contours with heating, ventilation, and massage functions; the four-seat flagship version adds dual zero-gravity rear seats with 150° recline and independent footrests, offering first-class comfort for passengers. The cabin is enhanced by a 23-speaker Dynaudio Platinum Evidence series audio system with a rotating “Star Twist” tweeter, active noise cancellation, and multi-color ambient lighting, creating a serene and sophisticated atmosphere.
Practical features include a multi-zone wireless charging panel, a 540° panoramic chassis transparent image, a 1.6L electric password storage box, and a foldable rear tableboard, catering to both business and leisure needs. Powertrain & Range
The Yangwang U7 PHEV is built on the e⁴ platform, featuring a proprietary plug-in hybrid system comprising a 2.0T horizontally opposed turbocharged engine and four independent permanent magnet synchronous motors, delivering a combined system output of 1,000 kW (1,360 hp) and peak torque of 1,680 N·m. The horizontally opposed engine lowers the center of gravity, improving handling stability and reducing vibration, while the four-motor independent wheel drive system enables precise torque vectoring for exceptional traction. Paired with a dedicated hybrid transmission, it accelerates from 0–100 km/h in just 4.1 seconds even in fuel-saving mode, delivering supercar-level performance without compromising efficiency.
It is equipped with a 52.4 kWh blade lithium iron phosphate battery pack and a 60 L fuel tank, offering a CLTC-rated pure electric range of 200 km and a comprehensive range of up to 1,100 km, effectively eliminating range anxiety. The vehicle supports 230 kW fast charging, replenishing 30–80% of the battery in approximately 10 minutes, while the 5-minute fast charge feature adds up to 100 km of range, making energy supplementation extremely convenient. Under low-battery conditions, its comprehensive fuel consumption is as low as 7.8 L/100km, ensuring cost-effective daily use.
The U7 PHEV also features the Yunni-Z intelligent suspension control system—the world’s first electric suspension system—with a 5 ms response time and 1 mm adjustment precision, effortlessly filtering road vibrations and maintaining body stability during sharp turns or emergency maneuvers. It is equipped with a 6 kW external power output function, enabling it to power outdoor equipment such as projectors, electric ovens, and camping gear, transforming it into a mobile outdoor living room. Additionally, the four-wheel steering system provides a minimum turning radius of 5.45 meters, making parking and urban maneuverability effortless.
