The Firefly adopts a simple and vivid design language that adheres to the independent original design concept, combining compact practicality with high-end youthful aesthetics, featuring a sleek front fascia with a closed grille decorated with 45-degree diagonal patterns and a distinctive “Capsule Ring” trim, highlighting its pure electric identity. It is equipped with the iconic “Trio” LED headlights combined with a fluorescent capsule panel, which can be lit independently with variable light patterns, and stylish “Trio” LED taillights that echo the front lights, forming a coherent and unified design language and presenting a lovely and recognizable visual effect. The rear is equipped with a compact sporty rear spoiler, which not only enhances the overall sense of fashion but also optimizes aerodynamic performance, paired with smooth and neat body lines and a four-wheel four-corner layout that creates a confident and balanced small SUV appearance. The vehicle comes standard with 21-inch alloy wheels, and the body is available in multiple color options, including Inspiration Purple, Pure White, Leisure Rice, Exploration Gray, and other trendy colors to meet diverse user preferences.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4,003 mm in length, 1,781 mm in width, and 1,557 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,615 mm. Its well-proportioned compact posture and clever space design create a lively and practical appearance, perfectly balancing urban commuting practicality and visual appeal. It adopts a 5-door 5-seat layout, with a贯通式 central passage between the front seats for easy getting on and off even when parked on one side in congested urban areas. The rear seats provide comfortable seating space for three people, and the vehicle is equipped with a 92L frunk with a washable design and storage partition, which can achieve dry-wet separation, easily accommodating daily necessities, shopping bags and small travel items, meeting the diverse needs of daily commuting and short-distance trips.
Interior Design
The Firefly is equipped with a 6-inch smart instrument cluster integrated with a hidden driver fatigue monitoring system and a 13.2-inch 2.5K ultra-clear retina central touchscreen with a 16:10 golden horizontal screen ratio, forming an intelligent interactive design that delivers a concise and high-tech visual experience and smooth operation supported by the Qualcomm Snapdragon SA8155P chip and the new aster OS in-vehicle system, with a response speed of 100ms for smooth and non-laggy operation. Interior color schemes include Comfortable Purple, Warm Rice, Relaxed Green, and Calm Black, paired with large-area ultra-fine velvet, satin metal and soft-touch materials that have passed OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class I certification, creating a quiet, warm and refined cockpit texture that caters to personalized preferences.
In terms of features, the standard model comes equipped with a two-spoke flat-bottom steering wheel, comfortable seats with dual-density high-resilience foam, automatic air conditioning, keyless entry and start, rear parking sensors, and a rearview camera, among other practical functions. The higher-spec version adds a 360-degree panoramic camera, 256-color floating ambient light with 8 preset light effects, a 14-speaker 7.1-channel Dolby Atmos audio system, and a dedicated “Forest Morning” fragrance, as well as L2+ level intelligent driving assistance systems including adaptive cruise control (iACC), lane centering assist, and full-scene parking assist, enhancing convenience and safety. It also has 27 storage spaces throughout the vehicle and a hidden storage space under the rear right seat, improving practicality.
Powertrain
The Firefly is a pure electric vehicle equipped with a rear-mounted single permanent magnet synchronous motor, with a maximum power output of 120 kW after OTA upgrade, delivering smooth power output. It is paired with a single-speed electric transmission, with an official 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 7.9 seconds, perfectly meeting the needs of daily urban commuting and short-distance travel, and bringing pleasant driving fun with its carefully tuned front MacPherson and rear five-link independent suspension and rear-wheel drive layout.
The vehicle is equipped with a 42.1 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack, corresponding to a CLTC pure electric range of 420 km. It supports fast charging, slow charging and battery swapping functions, and can be charged from 30% to 80% in fast-charging mode. It also supports 3.86 kW external power output, meeting the needs of outdoor power supply. With optimized energy management algorithms, the vehicle achieves excellent energy efficiency while improving power performance, perfectly balancing power performance and energy efficiency for daily commuting.
