Exterior Design
The Changan Benben E-Star is a micro pure electric vehicle, equipped with a closed front grille and halogen headlight groups. The vehicle is fitted with horizontal taillight groups and rear bumper trim. Multiple body color options are available. The vehicle adopts 15-inch wheel configurations for different versions. Conventional door handles are equipped as standard.
The vehicle adopts a 5-door 5-seater layout. The body dimensions are 3770 mm in length, 1650 mm in width and 1570 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2410 mm. Manually adjustable exterior mirrors are standard configurations.
Interior Design
The vehicle is equipped with a mechanical instrument panel and central control display screen for high-spec versions. Multiple interior color schemes are available, matched with fabric upholstery and plastic decorative trim. The vehicle supports manual air conditioning system. A mechanical gear shift lever is equipped as standard.
Standard configurations include rear parking sensors and rearview camera. Manual door locks and manual window lifts are standard. The vehicle supports Bluetooth connection and USB interface functions. Partial versions are equipped with battery heating function.
Powertrain
The Changan Benben E-Star adopts front-wheel drive layout, matched with single-speed electric transmission. The vehicle is equipped with a front-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor with a maximum power of 55 kW and a peak torque of 170 Nm.
The vehicle is equipped with lithium iron phosphate battery packs. The CLTC pure electric cruising range covers 301 km and 310 km for different versions. The vehicle supports DC fast charging and AC slow charging functions. The vehicle adopts front MacPherson independent suspension and rear torsion beam non-independent suspension system.
