The Bestune B70S adopts the “Philosophy of Light and Shadow – Sexy Curves” design language, positioning as a new Chinese-style coupe SUV tailored for Generation Z, integrating the sportiness of a coupe, the practicality of an SUV and the comfort of a sedan. Its front fascia features an aggressive split-type air grille decorated with black mesh, paired with sharp “Ge-shaped” LED headlights that inherit the brand’s classic design, and the raised lines on the engine hood enhance the sense of power. The front bumper is equipped with a “beast-claw” aerodynamic kit, adding a strong visual impact. The side of the body has smooth and dynamic lines, with a black trim strip under the D-pillar creating a disconnected effect to form a floating roof, paired with black wheel rims and side skirts that highlight the crossover style. The rear is equipped with a popular through-type LED taillight inspired by the Great Wall crenellations, with a wavy internal light strip that is highly recognizable when lit, matched with a small rear spoiler and a bilateral dual-exhaust layout to further amplify the sporty charm. The body is available in multiple color options, catering to the personalized aesthetic preferences of young consumers.

In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4,555 mm in length, 1,850 mm in width, and 1,515 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,750 mm. The low-slung body posture and reasonable space layout provide ample headroom and legroom for both front and rear passengers, effectively relieving riding fatigue during long trips. The rear seats support split-folding, which greatly improves the flexibility of seating and storage, easily accommodating large items such as luggage and daily necessities, and meeting the diverse needs of daily commuting and outdoor activities.

Interior Design

The Bestune B70S adopts a driver-oriented cockpit layout, focusing on sportiness and intelligence. It is equipped with a smart triple-screen combination consisting of a 7-inch full LCD combination instrument, a 12.3-inch full LCD instrument cluster and a 12.3-inch floating central touchscreen, forming a glass cockpit style that brings a futuristic and advanced visual experience. The interior is mainly in black, with yellow stitching and decorative strips as embellishments to enhance the sporty atmosphere. A large area of high-quality materials is used in the car, including soft-touch panels and simulated leather wraps, paired with a two-spoke D-shaped sports steering wheel, showing a premium texture in every detail. It is equipped with ergonomic sports seats with sufficient cushion length and thickness, providing good support and wrapping, and some configurations are equipped with heating function to improve riding comfort.

In terms of features, the standard model comes equipped with 17-inch alloy wheels, front and rear airbags, tire pressure monitoring, rear parking sensors, a rearview camera, and automatic air conditioning, among other practical functions. The higher-spec version adds Level 2 intelligent driver-assistance systems, a 360-degree panoramic camera system, front seat heating, an electric tailgate, and the D-Life 5.2 AI intelligent system that supports full-scenario ecological services, further enhancing the vehicle’s safety, comfort and intelligence. In addition, it is equipped with a super filter high-temperature sterilization air conditioning system with an eight-layer filtering structure, which can effectively block harmful gases and ensure the health of passengers.

Powertrain

The Bestune B70S offers two powertrain options to meet different consumer needs: 1.5T and 2.0T turbocharged gasoline engines. The 1.5T four-cylinder turbocharged engine delivers a maximum power of 124 kW (169 hp) and a peak torque of 258 Nm, paired with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission, ensuring smooth shifting and responsive power output. The 2.0T four-cylinder turbocharged engine from FAW’s 4GC series has a maximum power of 165 kW (224 hp) and a peak torque of 340 Nm, paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission from Aisin with 13 adjustable driving modes, providing abundant power reserve and stable driving performance. The vehicle has an official top speed of 190 km/h and a comprehensive fuel consumption of 6.7 L per 100 km, achieving an excellent balance between power and fuel efficiency. It is also equipped with an electronic power steering system and a well-tuned suspension, providing stable and comfortable driving performance in various road conditions, and the optimized NVH level ensures a quiet riding environment.
