Exterior Design

The Hongqi HQ9 PHEV is a mid-large plug-in hybrid MPV, equipped with vertical front grille and full LED headlight groups. The vehicle is fitted with LED taillight groups and rear bumper trim. Multiple body color options are available. The vehicle adopts 19-inch wheel configurations for different versions. Conventional door handles and electric sliding side doors are equipped as standard. A panoramic sunroof is equipped for partial versions.
The vehicle adopts a 5-door 7-seater MPV layout. The body dimensions are 5222 mm in length, 2005 mm in width and 1935 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3200 mm. Electrically adjustable exterior mirrors with heating and automatic folding functions are equipped for different versions. An electric charging port cover is equipped as standard.

Interior Design

The vehicle is equipped with a full LCD digital instrument cluster and central control touchscreen. Multiple interior color schemes are available, matched with leather upholstery and metallic decorative trim. The vehicle supports multi-color ambient lighting and automatic constant temperature air conditioning. An electronic gear shift lever is equipped as standard.
Standard configurations include front, side and curtain airbags, front and rear parking sensors, rearview camera and constant-speed cruise control. Keyless entry and one-key start functions are standard. High-spec versions are equipped with 360-degree panoramic camera system, adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist and active braking system. The vehicle supports vehicle network connection, wireless phone charging, V2L external discharge and OTA upgrade functions. Partial versions are equipped with multi-directional adjustable rear seats with heating, ventilation and massage functions.

Powertrain

The Hongqi HQ9 PHEV adopts front-wheel drive and four-wheel drive layouts, matched with dedicated hybrid transmission. The vehicle is equipped with 2.0T inline four-cylinder plug-in hybrid dedicated gasoline engine and permanent magnet synchronous motors. The gasoline engine has a maximum power of 120 kW. The system comprehensive maximum power covers 210 kW and 358 kW for different versions, with a system comprehensive peak torque of 500 Nm and 760 Nm respectively.
The vehicle is equipped with ternary lithium battery packs. The WLTC pure electric cruising range covers 73 km and 173 km for different versions, with a comprehensive cruising range up to 1200 km. The vehicle supports DC fast charging and AC slow charging functions, with fast charging duration from 20% to 80% within 25 minutes. The vehicle is equipped with energy recovery system and battery constant temperature management system. The vehicle adopts front MacPherson independent suspension and rear multi-link independent suspension system.
