The Wey V9X is a six-seat SUV launched by Wey, a brand under Great Wall Motor. It is built on the premium variant of Great Wall Motor’s all-new “Guiyuan” platform, the Guiyuan S. The vehicle measures 5,299 mm in length, 2,025 mm in width, and 1,825 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,150 mm. The interior features a 2+2+2 six-seat configuration.

Exterior Design

The WEY V9X adopts a family-style luxury SUV body design, equipped with LED headlight assemblies and integrated taillight groups. The vehicle is fitted with dual-color mechanical door handles with embedded light strips and 21-inch wheel rims. The available exterior body colors include Glacier White, Starry Black, Cloud Gray and Mist Blue.
In terms of dimensions, the standard version measures 5,205 mm in length, 2,025 mm in width, and 1,825 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,050 mm. The extended version measures 5,299 mm in length with a wheelbase of 3,150 mm. The vehicle adopts a 2+2+2 six-seat layout. The rear seats support folding adjustment to expand rear cargo space.

Interior Design

The WEY V9X is fitted with a 12.3-inch full LCD digital instrument panel, dual 17.3-inch central control and co-pilot touch screens, and a 29-inch HUD head-up display. The interior color options include gray-brown, off-white, gray and gray-beige themes. The vehicle is equipped with Nappa leather seats and a multi-function steering wheel.
In terms of configurations, the standard model comes with front and rear parking sensors, rearview camera, cruise control, front and side airbags, and automatic air conditioning. Higher-spec models are equipped with Level 2 intelligent driving assistance system, 360-degree panoramic imaging system, and active braking. The vehicle is equipped with full electric doors, electric side pedals and a 7L vehicle-mounted refrigerator.

Powertrain

The WEY V9X is equipped with a 2.0T turbocharged engine and dual electric motors, paired with a 4-speed dedicated hybrid transmission. The engine delivers a maximum power of 175 kW. The comprehensive system power reaches 500 kW or 510 kW depending on versions. The vehicle adopts a four-wheel drive system with closed dual-chamber air suspension and rear-wheel steering function.
The vehicle is equipped with a ternary lithium battery pack, offering a CLTC pure electric cruising range of 470 km and a comprehensive cruising range of 1700 km. It supports fast charging and slow charging functions.
