Interior Design
The interior of the AION UT combines minimalism with advanced technology, centered around an 8.8-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.6-inch floating central touchscreen, delivering an immersive visual and interactive experience. The interior color schemes include neutral and trendy tones, with fabric or synthetic leather seat options to cater to personalized needs.
Practical features are well-equipped across trims: the standard model comes with front side airbags, rear parking sensors, a rearview camera, cruise control, and a multi-functional steering wheel. Higher trims add Level 2 driver-assistance systems, a 360-degree panoramic image, vehicle-to-load (V2L) external power output, and ambient lighting, significantly improving driving convenience and safety. The AION UT is powered by a front-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor, delivering a maximum power output of 100 kW and peak torque of 145 Nm, paired with a single-speed electric transmission for smooth driving. It is available with two battery options: a 34.8 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery for a CLTC-rated range of 330 km and a 44.1 kWh battery for a CLTC-rated range of 420 km. Both support fast charging, taking approximately 24 to 26 minutes to charge from 30% to 80%. The vehicle has an official top speed of 150 km/h and a WLTC comprehensive energy consumption of 11.4 kWh/100 km, ensuring cost-effective and efficient daily use. It is equipped with the Magazines Battery 2.0 technology, enhancing safety and reliability.
