Exterior Design
The Buick GL8 adopts luxury MPV design language, equipped with a wing-shaped front grille and matrix LED headlight groups. The vehicle is fitted with LED taillight groups and rear bumper trim. It is available in multiple body color options, including White, Black, Gray and Blue. The model supports 17-inch, 18-inch and 19-inch wheel configurations for different versions.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 5219 mm in length, 1878 mm in width, and 1807 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3088 mm. The model adopts a 5-door 7-seater layout. The vehicle is fitted with electrically adjustable exterior mirrors, electric sliding doors and electric tailgate as standard.
Interior Design
The Buick GL8 is equipped with a 12.3-inch full LCD digital instrument cluster and a 12.3-inch central touchscreen. Partial versions are equipped with a 15.6-inch rear independent entertainment screen. Interior color schemes include Black, Beige and Black-Brown, matched with leather upholstery and metallic decorative trim. The vehicle supports multi-color ambient lighting and dual-zone or four-zone automatic constant temperature air conditioning.
In terms of configurations, the standard model is equipped with front, side and curtain airbags, front and rear parking sensors, rearview camera, and constant-speed cruise control. It comes with keyless entry, one-key start and mobile phone interconnection functions. The high-spec version is fitted with a 360-degree panoramic camera system, adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist and active braking system. The vehicle supports wireless phone charging and Bose audio system.
Powertrain
The Buick GL8 is equipped with a 2.0T inline four-cylinder turbocharged gasoline engine with 48V mild hybrid system, matched with a 9-speed automatic transmission. The engine delivers a maximum power of 174 kW and peak torque of 350 Nm. The vehicle adopts front-wheel drive layout, with an electronically limited top speed of 195 km/h.
The vehicle has a fuel tank capacity of 66 liters, with a WLTC comprehensive fuel consumption ranging from 7.8 L to 8.2 L per 100 kilometers for different versions. The model supports engine start-stop and energy recovery functions.
