Exterior Design
The Changan EADO adopts the brand’s classic dynamic design language, which is developed under the guidance of Changan’s Italian Design Center, perfectly integrating elegance with sportiness, featuring a sleek and neat front fascia with a honeycomb grille that enhances the sense of hierarchy and fashion. It is matched with sharp and bright halogen headlights (high-spec models are equipped with LED light sources), which are seamlessly connected with the grille, presenting a simple and atmospheric visual effect. The rear is equipped with a subtle trunk spoiler and symmetrical split taillights, which are full of layering and echo the front design, further highlighting its dynamic temperament. The body is available in multiple practical and fashionable color options, including Snow White, Starry Black, Sky Blue and Champagne Gold, meeting the daily use needs of different groups of people.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4,620 mm in length, 1,820 mm in width, and 1,490 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,660 mm, bringing a spacious riding experience suitable for compact sedans. The rear row has a reasonable space layout, and the comfortable seat design ensures the riding comfort of passengers on long trips. The rear seats adopt a 40/60 split-folding design, which effectively improves the flexibility of storage and seating, and can easily accommodate luggage, daily necessities and other items, fully meeting the needs of daily travel and occasional loading. The vehicle is equipped with 195/65 R15 or 205/55 R16 tires according to different configurations.
Interior Design
The Changan EADO is equipped with a 7-inch digital instrument cluster and a 10.25-inch floating central touchscreen, which are easy to operate and deliver a clear and comfortable visual experience. It supports intelligent interconnection functions such as mobile phone screen projection and Bluetooth connection, making daily driving more convenient. Interior color schemes mainly include black, beige and black-beige two-tone, which are simple and practical, and the cabin adopts a large number of soft wrapping materials, which effectively improves the interior comfort and texture, and highlights the warm and practical positioning of the vehicle.
In terms of features, the standard model comes equipped with 15-inch or 16-inch alloy wheels, front and rear airbags, rear parking sensors, a rearview camera, manual air conditioning, and power windows, among other practical functions. The higher-spec models add LED headlights, cruise control, leather seats, automatic air conditioning and other convenient configurations, further improving the driving comfort and practicality, and meeting the personalized needs of different consumers.
Powertrain
The Changan EADO is mainly equipped with a 1.6L naturally aspirated engine and a 1.4T turbocharged engine to meet different power needs. The 1.6L iVVT engine delivers a maximum power of 91 kW (124 horsepower) and a peak torque of 160 Nm, while the 1.4T DOHC DVVT engine has a maximum power output of 118 kW (160 horsepower) and a peak torque of 260 Nm. It is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission, a 4-speed automatic transmission from Aisin or a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, with an official top speed of up to 200 km/h.
The vehicle focuses on fuel economy and practicality. The comprehensive fuel consumption of the 1.6L manual version is only 6.5 L/100km, and the comprehensive fuel consumption of the automatic version is 7.2 L/100km, which is very economical for daily commuting. The 1.4T turbocharged version balances power and fuel economy, suitable for users who pursue a stronger driving experience. All models use gasoline with a label of 92#, which is convenient and cost-effective for daily refueling.
