The Chery Fulwin A8L shares the same design language as other Chery Fulwin models currently on the market, featuring an elegant and dynamic front fascia with a unique “Cloud Scale Grille” and sharp “Dawn Headlights”, distinctive streamlined daytime running lights, and symmetrical through-type “Flowing Cloud Taillights”. The rear is equipped with a high-mounted spoiler and a “FULWIN” English logo, enhancing its sporty and refined appearance. The body is available in three color options: Crystal Diamond Gray, Pearl White, and Graphite Black, catering to the personalized preferences of different users.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4,790 mm in length, 1,843 mm in width, and 1,487 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,790 mm. The interior headroom between the front and rear seats is spacious, offering mid-size sedan-level comfort. The rear seats feature a 40/60 split-folding design, which not only increases flexibility for storage and seating but also easily converts into a comfortable space for camping or luggage storage, meeting daily and travel needs.
Interior Design
The Chery Fulwin A8L is equipped with a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and a 15.6-inch floating central touchscreen, delivering an outstanding visual experience. The in-vehicle system is embedded with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, ensuring smooth operation. Interior color schemes include Blue & Beige and Starry Black, paired with wood grain decorative panels and stepless colorful ambient lights, catering to personalized preferences.
In terms of features, the standard model comes equipped with 17-inch wheels, front side airbags, rear parking sensors, a rearview camera, and cruise control, among other practical functions. The higher-spec Luxury version adds Level 2 driver-assistance systems (including AEB automatic braking, FCW forward collision warning) and active braking, as well as practical features such as 50W wireless fast charging, 360-degree panoramic camera system and 6.6 kW external power output, greatly improving driving comfort and safety.
Powertrain
The Chery Fulwin A8L is equipped with a plug-in hybrid system consisting of a 1.5T ACTECO engine and a front-mounted electric motor, paired with a stepless super electric hybrid DHT transmission. The 1.5T engine delivers a maximum power output of 115 kW and peak torque of 220 N·m, while the electric motor provides a maximum power of 150 kW and peak torque of 310 N·m, with the system’s comprehensive power reaching 265 kW and comprehensive torque reaching 530 N·m, and an official top speed of 170 km/h.
The Chery Fulwin A8L comes standard with an 18.67 kWh ternary lithium battery pack, offering a CLTC-rated pure electric cruising range of 145 km. The measured minimum fuel consumption in low-charge state is 4.2 L/100km, and the comprehensive cruising range can reach up to 2,300 km with a full tank and full charge. In fast-charging mode, it takes approximately 19 minutes to charge from 30% to 80%, effectively saving charging time.
