The Volkswagen ID.UNYX 08 is the first full-time connected, full-size all-electric SUV jointly developed by Volkswagen (Anhui) and Xpeng Motors. The vehicle measures 5000/1954/1672 mm, with a wheelbase of 3030 mm. It features dual 14.96-inch connected screens and a 1.74㎡ smart dimming panoramic sunroof. The cabin is 95% upholstered in soft-touch materials and features Nappa leather seats. The front passenger seat offers 14-way power adjustment with a leg rest and a 10-point pneumatic massage function, while the second-row seats are heated. Built on an 800V high-voltage platform, it delivers a maximum CLTC range of 730 km.

Exterior Design

The Volkswagen ID.UNYX 08 adopts pure electric SUV design language, equipped with a closed front fascia and full LED headlight groups. The vehicle is fitted with through-type LED taillights and hidden door handles. It is available in multiple body color options, including Cloud White, Star Black, Mist Gray and Lake Blue. The model supports 20-inch and 21-inch wheel configurations for different versions.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 5,000 mm in length, 1,954 mm in width, and 1,688 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,030 mm. The model adopts a 5-door 5-seater layout. The vehicle is fitted with electrically adjustable exterior mirrors and electric tailgate as standard.

Interior Design

The Volkswagen ID.UNYX 08 is equipped with a 10.25-inch full LCD digital instrument cluster and dual 15-inch 2.4K central and co-pilot floating touchscreens. Interior color schemes include Black, Gray and Brown, matched with leather upholstery and metallic decorative trim. The vehicle supports multi-color ambient lighting and three-zone automatic constant temperature air conditioning.
In terms of configurations, the standard model is equipped with front and side airbags, rear parking sensors, rearview camera, and constant-speed cruise control. It comes with keyless entry, one-key start and mobile phone interconnection functions. The high-spec version is fitted with a 360-degree panoramic camera system, adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist and active braking system.

Powertrain

The Volkswagen ID.UNYX 08 provides single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor all-wheel drive configurations. The single-motor version delivers a maximum power of 230 kW. The dual-motor version outputs a comprehensive maximum power of 370 kW. The vehicle is matched with a single-speed electric transmission, with an official 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 7.3 seconds for the single-motor model and 4.9 seconds for the dual-motor model, and an electronically limited top speed of 200 km/h.
The vehicle is built on an 800V high-voltage platform, equipped with an 82.368 kWh ternary lithium battery pack. The CLTC-rated cruising range reaches 730 km for single-motor versions and 680 km for dual-motor versions. It supports DC fast charging, which can charge the battery from 10% to 80% in approximately 26 minutes. The model supports energy recovery functions.
