The Denza Z9GT EV adopts the brand’s upgraded “Elegance in motion” design philosophy based on the exclusive Solar Diadem design language, featuring a sleek and low-slung fastback front fascia with sharp dual-corona LED headlights integrated with DLP pixel intelligent functions, distinctive split-type daytime running lights, and eye-catching hourglass-shaped taillights that extend symmetrically from the center. The rear is equipped with a hollowed-out aircraft-style roof spoiler and an active electric rear wing, which not only enhances its grand tourer sporty temperament but also provides additional downforce at high speeds to ensure driving stability. The body is available in multiple premium color options, including Winter Green, Starry Black, and optional Lava Red (newly added in 2026 model), catering to the aesthetic preferences of global users.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 5,195 mm in length, 1,990 mm in width, and 1,480 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,110 mm. Benefiting from the full-series CTB battery-body integration technology, the interior space is spacious and luxurious despite its low-slung posture, with ample legroom and headroom for both front and rear passengers; even a 178cm passenger can enjoy a comfortable riding experience, delivering flagship-level comfort. The rear seats support multi-directional electric adjustment with massage, heating and ventilation functions, and the thoughtful design fully meets the needs of both daily commuting and long-distance grand touring.
Interior Design
The Denza Z9GT EV is equipped with a 13.2-inch full LCD instrument cluster, a 17.3-inch floating central touchscreen, a 50-inch HUD head-up display, and a passenger entertainment screen, forming a multi-screen linkage with the world’s first 10-screen interconnection system, delivering an outstanding visual and intelligent experience. It is powered by the BYD9000 custom chip, enabling smooth operation even for 3A games. Interior color schemes include Dark Night + Lava Red and Light Smoke Wood + Beige, with large-area high-quality leather wrapping, top-grade natural light smoked wood trim, and 128-color ambient lights, creating a luxurious and refined atmosphere. In terms of features, the standard model comes equipped with 20-inch aluminum alloy wheels, front and rear parking sensors, a 360-degree camera system, cruise control, and a high-power external power output function, among other practical configurations. The higher-spec Ultra version adds Level 2+ driver-assistance systems, active braking, Cloud Chariot-A intelligent air suspension, and Dirac theater-level sound system, further enhancing driving safety and comfort.
Powertrain
The Denza Z9GT EV is equipped with a three-motor four-wheel drive system (one front and two rear), with a maximum combined power output of 710 kW and a peak torque of 1,300 Nm. It is paired with a single-speed fixed-ratio transmission, with an official top speed of 240 km/h and an official 0-100 km/h acceleration time of less than 3 seconds. The vehicle comes standard with BYD’s second-generation blade lithium iron phosphate battery pack, available in two specifications of 102.326 kWh and 122.496 kWh, offering CLTC-rated pure electric ranges of up to 1,036 km, effectively eliminating range anxiety. It supports BYD flash charging technology, taking only 5 minutes to charge from 10% to 70% and approximately 9 minutes to charge from 10% to 97% in fast-charging mode.
