The Xpeng P7+ adopts a futuristic and dynamic “Tech Aesthetics” design language that inherits the brand’s core family genes, achieving an excellent balance between aerodynamic efficiency, visual appeal and practicality. Its front fascia features an innovative 1730mm breakpoint-free through-type light strip, supporting dual-mode switching between “Light Sword High Brightness” and “Position Light” with uniform light emission and high recognition. The front end is equipped with a brand-new AGS active air intake grille, which can intelligently adjust the opening angle according to vehicle speed and temperature to balance efficient heat dissipation and low wind resistance. It is integrated with split-type LED headlights and newly added air vents on both sides, creating an aggressive visual effect while enhancing the sporty atmosphere. The rear is designed with an integrated star-orbit through-type taillight that integrates brake lights, turn signals, position lights and AI intelligent driving small blue lights, paired with a double-layer spoiler and a revised black rear surround, highlighting a dynamic and refined appearance while optimizing aerodynamic stability. The vehicle also retains the classic starry sky floating roof and large溜背 shape, combining with hidden door handles to further enhance the sense of technology and streamline.
In terms of body colors, the Xpeng P7+ offers a variety of distinctive options, including classic colors such as Nebula White and Obsidian Black, as well as a new “Star Mirror Blue” color and the exclusive matte gray body color for the limited editionsuperscript:6. In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 5,071 mm in length, 1,937 mm in width, and 1,512 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,000 mm, belonging to a mid-to-large luxury liftback sedan, with a body length 15mm longer than the previous model. It provides multiple wheel options, including standard 19-inch low-drag wheels and optional 20-inch sporty wheels matched with 255/45 R20 Michelin tires and caliper covers, meeting diverse aesthetic needs and perfectly adapting to daily commuting and leisure travelsuperscript:3. It also comes standard with front and rear electric suction doors, enhancing the sense of ceremony and convenience in daily use.
Interior Design
The Xpeng P7+ features a driver-oriented wrap-around cockpit design with a brand-new IP instrument panel, creating a comfortable, intelligent and high-end driving experience with premium materials and advanced configurations. It is equipped with a 29-inch full-scene HUD head-up display that supports height adjustment and road surface fitting, an 8.8-inch “Tech Island” instrument that supports driving and music dual modes, and a 15.6-inch floating central touchscreen, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P chip and X-GPT large model, delivering a smooth and responsive visual and interactive experiencesuperscript:6. The interior is wrapped in high-quality materials, including Micro Fiber ultra-fine velvet ceiling and optional Alcantara custom seat fabric for the limited edition, paired with hidden air conditioning outlets and 256-color “Starfall-style” ambient lighting composed of 6 long ambient lights and 2 foot ambient lights, highlighting both comfort and premium texturesuperscript:6. It also comes with front side window multi-layer sound-insulating glass and 36 optimized sound-insulating cotton parts, ensuring a quiet cabin environment.
Interior color schemes include classic options such as Elegant Gray and Deep Space Gray, as well as the exclusive “Fuyao Green” limited interior color for the limited edition, catering to different personalized preferences. In terms of features, the standard model comes equipped with practical and comfortable configurations such as a multi-functional steering wheel, front seats with heating and ventilation functions, optional co-pilot zero-gravity seats, a high-end audio system, and a suede wireless charging panelsuperscript:5. It also supports multiple intelligent interaction functions, including X-GPT large model intelligent voice interaction that can understand complex commands, three-screen interconnection (central control screen, instrument screen and 8-inch rear entertainment screen), and HUAWEI Hi-Car/Car Link cross-device connection, realizing seamless connection between people and vehicles. The vehicle is also equipped with a practical front trunk and a large rear trunk, which can be expanded when the rear seats are folded, enhancing daily use convenience for both individuals and families.
Powertrain
The Xpeng P7+ offers two power versions: pure electric and extended-range, both adopting a rear-wheel drive form paired with a single-speed electric transmission. The pure electric version is equipped with a permanent magnet/synchronous motor, with a maximum power output of up to 230 kW for the 725 Max model and 180 kW for other versions, and a uniform peak torque of 450 Nm for the entire series. The extended-range version is equipped with a hybrid system combining a 1.5T range extender and an electric motor, where the range extender has a maximum power generation power of 85 kW, ensuring smooth and powerful performance during driving. The official 0-100 km/h acceleration time is 5.9 seconds, and the 100 km braking distance is only 35 meters, achieving excellent dynamic performance and braking safety.
The vehicle is equipped with different battery packs according to the version: the pure electric version is equipped with 61.7 kWh and 74.9 kWh battery packs, offering CLTC-rated ranges of 615 km and 725 km respectively; the extended-range version is equipped with a 49.2 kWh battery pack, with a pure electric CLTC range of 430 km and a comprehensive CLTC range of up to 1550 km, and a fuel tank capacity of 45 liters that can use 92# gasoline. Based on the 800V high-voltage silicon carbide platform, it is equipped with a 5C super-charging battery and X-HP intelligent thermal management system; in fast-charging mode, it can be charged from 10% to 80% in approximately 12 minutes. Additionally, it is equipped with front double-wishbone and rear five-link independent suspension, as well as standard DCC intelligent variable damping shock absorbers and IPB intelligent braking system, ensuring excellent handling performance and driving stability in various road conditions.
