FAW Audi Q6L e-tron is the first model of Audi’s PPE platform, and whether or not it can gain recognition by hitting the headline is related to Audi’s subsequent product launches. Audi’s new platform products usher in an epoch-making change at the technical level, with batteries and motors saving more space than the previous generation, putting down larger battery packs for longer range, achieving lighter weight, more space for rides and storage, and adopting an 800V high-voltage architecture for faster charging.

Exterior Design

The Audi Q6L e-tron adopts the brand’s sphere pure electric SUV design language, equipped with a closed front fascia and matrix LED headlight groups with adjustable digital light signatures. The vehicle is fitted with OLED taillight groups and semi-hidden door handles. It is available in multiple body color options, including Ibis White, Mythos Black, Florett Silver, Metallic Gray and Electric Blue. The model supports 19-inch, 20-inch and 21-inch wheel configurations for different versions.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4884 mm in length, 1965 mm in width, and 1694 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2995 mm. The model adopts a 5-door 5-seater SUV layout. The vehicle is fitted with electrically adjustable exterior mirrors and electric tailgate as standard.

Interior Design

The Audi Q6L e-tron is equipped with a 11.9-inch full LCD digital instrument cluster and a 14.5-inch central OLED touchscreen. Partial versions are fitted with a 10.9-inch passenger entertainment screen and an 88-inch AR-HUD display system. Interior color schemes include Black, Gray and Beige, matched with leather upholstery and metallic decorative trim. The vehicle supports multi-color ambient lighting and dual-zone automatic constant temperature air conditioning.
In terms of configurations, the standard model is equipped with front and side airbags, rear parking sensors, rearview camera, and constant-speed cruise control. It comes with keyless entry, one-key start and mobile phone interconnection functions. The high-spec version is fitted with a 360-degree panoramic camera system, adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist and active braking system. The vehicle supports front seat heating, ventilation and wireless phone charging functions.

Powertrain

The Audi Q6L e-tron provides single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor quattro all-wheel drive configurations, matched with a single-speed electric transmission. The single-motor version delivers a maximum power of 225 kW. The dual-motor all-wheel drive version outputs a comprehensive maximum power of 340 kW. The electronically limited top speed of the vehicle is 210 km/h.
The vehicle is equipped with a high-capacity ternary lithium battery pack. The CLTC-rated cruising range covers 625 km and 709 km for different versions. It supports DC fast charging function, which can charge the battery from 10% to 80% in approximately 22 minutes. The model supports energy recovery and OTA upgrade functions.
