Exterior Design
The Baojun Yep Plus inherits the classic square box design of the Yueye family, adopting a tough and fashionable design concept that is consistent with its positioning as an all-round trendy pure electric SUV tailored for urban travel. It features a sturdy front fascia with a closed grille design, sharp LED headlights, and through-type taillights that echo the front face, creating a highly recognizable and powerful appearance. The side of the body is equipped with 16-inch aluminum alloy wheels, black wheel arches and side skirts, along with optional two-tone body color, enhancing its off-road and trendy temperament. The body is available in multiple color options, including Aurora Green, Cloud Sea White, Deep Space Black, as well as newly added Sunrise Orange and Super Shadow Gray, catering to diverse personalized aesthetic needs.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 3,996 mm in length, 1,760 mm in width, and 1,726 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,560 mm. It adopts a 5-door 5-seat SUV structure, which balances compactness and space, making it easy to shuttle through urban streets while ensuring comfortable seating space for the whole family. The rear seats feature a 40/60 split-folding design that can be fully laid flat, greatly improving the flexibility of seating and storage, and easily meeting the needs of daily use and outdoor camping.
Interior Design
The Baojun Yep Plus is equipped with an 8.8-inch full LCD instrument cluster and a 12.8-inch floating central touchscreen, forming a fashionable and intelligent human-computer interaction interface. It is integrated with an upgraded UI interface, DTS sound effect and Ling OS intelligent network connection system, supporting intelligent voice interaction that can recognize dialects and multi-instruction dialogue, bringing an immersive audio-visual and operational experience. Interior color schemes include Calm Black and Elegant White, with a large area of soft wrapping materials used in the whole car, making the touch feel comfortable and improving the overall interior texture. The interior is made of environmentally friendly materials with low odor, and is also equipped with ergonomic seats filled with super-soft memory foam, further enhancing riding comfort.
In terms of features, the standard model comes equipped with 16-inch aluminum alloy wheels, LED headlights, automatic air conditioning, electric adjustable and heated exterior rearview mirrors, electronic parking brake, keyless entry, keyless start, 540° panoramic image, front and rear parking sensors, ESC, front dual airbags, and 6-speaker audio system, among other practical functions. The higher-spec models add Level 2 intelligent driving assistance systems, full-speed adaptive cruise, lane keeping assistance, automatic emergency braking, as well as 220V external power supply function, bringing a more convenient and safe driving experience.
Powertrain
The Baojun Yep Plus is equipped with a front-mounted single permanent magnet synchronous electric motor delivering a maximum power output of 75 kW and peak torque of 180 Nm. It is paired with a single-speed electric transmission, with an official top speed of 150 km/h. The Baojun Yueye Plus is available with three lithium iron phosphate battery pack options: 31.9 kWh, 41.9 kWh and 54 kWh, offering CLTC-rated ranges of 301 km, 401 km and 501 km respectively. It supports both AC slow charging and DC fast charging; in fast-charging mode, it takes approximately 30 to 35 minutes to charge from 30% to 80%, and it takes about 4.5 to 7.5 hours to fully charge in slow-charging mode, ensuring convenient daily urban use and long-distance travel.
