The Chery Arrizo 5 adopts Chery’s latest “Life in motion” family design language, featuring an aggressive front fascia with a large mouth-shaped air grille—available in either vertical harp-style with thin chrome strips or smoked dot-matrix style with red accents—that connects seamlessly with the slender smoked LED headlights integrated with L-shaped daytime running lights, creating a strong sense of wholeness. The rear is equipped with a dynamic rear spoiler and flying-wing style LED taillights with 3D light guide structure, which are highly recognizable when lit; the double-layer rear bumper with chrome dual-exhaust decorations and a bottom diffuser further enhances its sporty temperament. The body maintains a sleek three-box sedan silhouette, with three-dimensional double waistlines extending from the front fender to the rear, creating a forward-leaning posture, complemented by 17-inch petal-shaped aluminum alloy wheels for a dynamic look. The body is available in three classic color options: Pearl White, Graphite Black, and Streamer Silver, catering to the aesthetic needs of different age groups.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4,572 mm in length, 1,825 mm in width, and 1,482 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,670 mm. This wheelbase ensures ample interior space, eliminating the sense of crampedness common in compact cars; the 430L trunk volume also maintains the practicality of a family car, perfectly balancing appearance and daily loading needs. The side windows are wrapped with black trim, and the door handles are designed to be simple and elegant, while the small shark fin antenna adds a touch of sophistication to the overall shape.
Interior Design
The Chery Arrizo 5 features a sleek and sporty interior layout, offering two color schemes: cool black for a sporty atmosphere and light color for a comfortable home-style vibe, meeting different personalized preferences. It is equipped with an eagle-eye style double-barrel multifunctional dashboard and an 8-inch intelligent air-conditioning LCD touchscreen (9-inch high-definition touchscreen optional), which supports mobile phone interconnection, Gaode navigation and intelligent voice control, delivering a convenient and intuitive operating experience. The T-shaped center console adopts a clean and upscale design, with metallic accents and high-gloss finish on the air vents, blending aesthetics with modern technological appeal.
In terms of materials and comfort, the interior is equipped with high-grade soft搪塑 instrument panel and all-wrapped ergonomic seats with double-layer foam padding, French double stitching, and 6-way manual adjustment for the driver’s seat, ensuring long-distance driving comfort. In terms of features, the standard model comes equipped with 16-inch exquisite aluminum alloy wheels, front dual airbags, rear parking sensors, a rearview camera, cruise control, LED daytime running lights, and electric exterior rearview mirror adjustment, among other practical functions. The higher-spec version adds ESP body electronic stability system, EBA brake assist, TPMS direct tire pressure monitoring, EPB electronic parking brake, and AUTOHOLD automatic parking system, further enhancing driving safety and convenience.
Powertrain
The Chery Arrizo 5 is mainly equipped with a 1.5L high-efficiency Miller cycle naturally aspirated petrol engine, with a maximum power output of 88 kW (120 Ps) and peak torque of 148 Nm, mated to either a 5-speed manual transmission or a 9-speed simulated CVT transmission. This powertrain combination achieves a maximum thermal efficiency of 40%, with a WLTC comprehensive fuel consumption of 6.4-6.6 L per 100 km, balancing power performance and fuel economy, making it suitable for daily commuting and family travel. The vehicle is also available in a 1.5L turbocharged version, which delivers a maximum power of 107 kW and peak torque of 210 Nm, paired with a 5-speed manual or CVT transmission for stronger dynamic performance.
In addition, the Chery Arrizo 5 is equipped with German Bentler chassis tuning, which enables precise steering, comfortable riding, and stable driving with anti-rolling capability. It also adopts American 3M high-thickness sound insulation cotton to effectively isolate and absorb internal and external noise, improving the overall driving comfort. The official top speed of the vehicle reaches 170 km/h, providing sufficient power reserve for highway driving.
