Exterior Design
The Honda eNS1 adheres to Honda’s exclusive e:N Design concept, featuring a sleek and robust pure electric compact SUV silhouette that perfectly balances futuristic aesthetics and daily practicality, built on the intelligent and efficient pure electric e:N Architecture F platform. Its front fascia is highlighted by a fully closed grille with a delicate texture, seamlessly integrated with sharp full-LED headlights and a narrow horizontal through-type LED light strip, while the luminous H logo hidden with a charging interface adds a unique technological touch. The front headlights also feature the “Heart beat interactive light language” function, creating a vivid and avant-garde visual impact. The rear is equipped with a sporty ducktail spoiler and a through-type LED taillight group with a smoked design that echoes the front, complemented by a streamlined rear bumper and low-profile decorative trim, which not only optimizes aerodynamic performance but also enhances the vehicle’s sense of modernity and sportiness. The body is designed with smooth and straight lines, paired with stylish 18-inch two-tone alloy wheels, and available in five fashionable color options, catering to the aesthetic preferences of young urban users and new energy vehicle consumers.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4,390 mm in length, 1,790 mm in width, and 1,560 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,610 mm. This compact yet spacious body layout, adhering to Honda’s MM space concept, ensures sufficient headroom and legroom for both front and rear passengers; the rear legroom can reach more than two fists for a 175cm tall passenger, and the flat rear floor provides a comfortable riding experience for the middle passenger. The vehicle adopts a 5-door 5-seat layout, with a flexible storage space and up to 18 storage compartments throughout the vehicle; the rear seats support 4:6 proportional folding, which can easily accommodate daily items and travel luggage, though it cannot form a completely flat space when folded. It also features hidden pop-up door handles, electric exterior rearview mirrors with folding and heating functions, and multiple aerodynamic optimization designs derived from Honda’s racing technology, further enhancing its modern technological sense and driving efficiency.
Interior Design
The Honda eNS1 boasts a refined and intelligent interior that combines high-quality materials with humanized design, featuring soft-touch materials and delicate stitching details on the dashboard and door panels, along with matte metallic trim accents and fluorescent green decorative elements, highlighting its youthful and technological attributes. The center console adopts a simple and fashionable layout, with a 10.25-inch full LCD instrument cluster and a 15.2-inch ultra-narrow border vertical floating central touchscreen, forming a dual-screen interactive layout that provides clear driving information and seamless operation experience. The interior is equipped with the e:N OS full-stack intelligent control ecosystem, integrated with the Honda CONNECT 3.0 special version for electric vehicles, supporting AI voice assistant, vehicle-home interconnection, energy management, OTA online upgrades and more than 20 functions, as well as mobile phone remote control to operate door locks, windows and air conditioning. Interior color schemes include minimalist and fashionable options, matched with high-quality leather seats as standard, focusing on comfort and practicality to meet different personalized preferences.
In terms of features, the standard model comes equipped with alloy wheels, multiple airbags, rear parking sensors, a rearview camera, automatic air conditioning, tire pressure monitoring, keyless entry, a 10.25-inch full LCD instrument cluster and a 15.2-inch central touchscreen, among other practical and safety functions. The higher-spec models add more premium configurations, including a panoramic sunroof with a sunshade, BOSE premium audio system with 12 speakers, four-door laminated sound-insulating glass, rear privacy glass, heated front seats, electric adjustment for the driver’s seat, DMC driver status sensing system on the A-pillar, and Honda SENSING 360 intelligent driving assistance system, further enhancing comfort and safety for driving. The vehicle also adopts Honda’s exclusive noise reduction technology to cope with road noise of various frequency bands, and is equipped with air outlets with wind-free sensing, creating a quieter and more comfortable riding environment.
Powertrain
The Honda eNS1 offers two powertrain options to meet different performance and cruising range needs, both equipped with high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motors and front-wheel drive layout. The low-power version delivers a maximum power output of 134 kW and peak torque of 310 Nm, paired with a 53.6 kWh ternary lithium battery pack; the high-power version delivers a maximum power output of 150 kW and peak torque of 310 Nm, paired with a 68.8 kWh ternary lithium battery pack. Both versions are matched with an electronic continuously variable transmission (E-CVT), delivering a smooth and responsive driving experience, with the motor control program featuring more than 20,000 scene algorithms to achieve a “human-vehicle integration” driving feeling.
The vehicle features a front-motor front-wheel drive layout, with CLTC comprehensive cruising ranges of 420 km for the low-power version and 510 km for the high-power version, meeting the needs of daily urban commuting and short-distance travel. The battery packs are produced by Ruichi New Energy and Jiangsu Times respectively, with excellent energy storage and safety performance, and the displayed cruising range has high accuracy. It supports DC fast charging, which can charge from 30% to 80% in a short time, effectively reducing charging time. The vehicle is also equipped with multiple driving modes including economy, standard and sport, and the optimized front MacPherson and rear torsion beam suspension system enhances driving stability and riding comfort, making it suitable for both daily urban commuting and short-distance family travel.
