The IM L7 is a mid-to-large-sized smart electric sedan launched by IM Motors, positioned as the “New World Driving Flagship.” The vehicle measures 5098 × 1960 × 1485 mm with a wheelbase of 3100 mm, and features a teardrop-shaped design that achieves an ultra-low drag coefficient of 0.21 Cd. The entire lineup comes standard with a 93kWh ternary lithium battery pack, offering a CLTC range of 615 km. It supports 11kW wireless charging and features five-layer battery safety protection technology.

Exterior Design

The IM L7 is a mid-to-large pure electric sedan equipped with LED headlight assemblies and LED taillight groups. The vehicle is fitted with 19-inch and 20-inch wheel rims for different versions. Hidden door handles are equipped as standard. The available exterior body colors include White, Black, Silver, Blue and Gray.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 5108 mm in length, 1960 mm in width, and 1485 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3100 mm. It adopts a 4-door 5-seat layout. The rear seats support folding adjustment to expand rear cargo space.

Interior Design

The IM L7 is fitted with a full LCD instrument panel and a central control touch screen. The interior is equipped with leather seats and a multi-function steering wheel. Partial versions support front seat electric adjustment, heating, ventilation and massage functions, rear seat heating function, as well as wireless phone charging function and panoramic sunroof.
In terms of configurations, the standard model comes with front and rear parking sensors, rearview camera, cruise control, front airbags, side airbags and automatic air conditioning. Higher-spec models are equipped with 360-degree panoramic imaging system and active braking system.

Powertrain

The IM L7 provides single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor four-wheel drive pure electric powertrain versions, paired with a single-speed fixed gear transmission. The single-motor version delivers a maximum power of 250 kW. The dual-motor version has a comprehensive system maximum power of 425 kW and a comprehensive peak torque of 725 Nm.
The vehicle is equipped with 90 kWh and 93 kWh ternary lithium battery packs for different versions. The vehicle has CLTC cruising ranges of 625 km and 708 km correspondingly. It supports fast charging and slow charging functions. The vehicle adopts front double wishbone independent suspension and rear five-link independent suspension, and is equipped with rear-wheel steering system and electronically controlled damping suspension as standard.
