Exterior Design

The Mazda EZ-60 inherits the brand’s classic “Kodo” design philosophy while integrating a new electrified design language, featuring smooth and flowing body lines, a coupe-like silhouette, and a sharply sloped C-pillar that creates a strong sporty stance. The front fascia adopts a closed grille design, paired with split headlight units, a luminous logo and a continuous light strip, which maintains the family recognition while enhancing a strong sense of technology and futurism. The unique geometric-cut air ducts not only optimize aerodynamic performance but also add a sharp aggressiveness to the front end.
The rear is equipped with a continuous tail light assembly, with the two tail light units echoing the central logo, providing high recognition when illuminated at night. A large rear spoiler further reinforces the sporty style, while the extensive black cladding at the bottom enhances visual stability. The body is available in multiple color options, including a unique new purple paint that uses ultra-fine pearlescent powder, achieving a color-shifting effect that looks noble in strong light and mysterious in shadows. Additionally, it is equipped with hidden door handles, frameless doors and 21-inch five-spoke aluminum alloy wheels, which further enhance the overall quality and sporty vibe of the vehicle.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4,850 mm in length, 1,935 mm in width, and 1,620 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,902 mm. This size provides a clear advantage in the mid-size SUV category, offering spacious internal space. The rear seats feature a 40/60 split-folding design, which not only increases flexibility for storage and seating but also can be converted into a comfortable resting space for camping or long journeys.

Interior Design

The Mazda EZ-60 features a cockpit-centered flying wing wrap-around design, with a coherent layout of the instrument panel and door panels, creating an open sense of a “spaceship cockpit”. It is equipped with a 26.45-inch 5K retina integrated large screen, paired with a head-up display (HUD), delivering an outstanding visual experience. The interior adopts a light luxury color-blocking design with white, purple and gold tones, paired with Morandi color system interfaces, titanium metal fabric decorations and flowing light grid door panels, highlighting an understated and advanced taste.
Interior color schemes include elegant options such as Pearl Gray and Starry Purple, catering to personalized preferences. In terms of features, the standard model comes equipped with 21-inch wheels, front and rear side airbags, rear parking sensors, a 360-degree panoramic camera, and adaptive cruise control, among other practical functions. The higher-spec PRO version adds Level 2 driver-assistance systems, active braking, a 3.3 kW external power output function, as well as dual zero-gravity seats with heating, ventilation and massage functions, and a 23-speaker Dolby Atmos sound system, providing a more luxurious and comfortable driving experience.

Powertrain

The Mazda EZ-60 offers two powertrain options: pure electric and extended-range, all equipped with a rear-mounted single electric motor and a single-speed electric transmission, continuing Mazda’s “Jinba Ittai” driving DNA. The pure electric version has a maximum power output of 190 kW and peak torque of 290 Nm, with an official top speed of 185 km/h. It is paired with a 77.94 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack, offering a CLTC-rated range of 600 km. In fast-charging mode, it takes approximately 15 minutes to charge from 30% to 80%.
The extended-range version is equipped with a 1.5L range extender and a rear-mounted single electric motor with a maximum power of 190 kW. It is paired with a 31.73 kWh battery pack, offering a CLTC pure electric range of 200 km and a comprehensive range of over 1,200 km, completely eliminating range anxiety. Both versions adopt rear-wheel drive, delivering linear power output and sensitive handling, ensuring a comfortable and sporty driving experience.
