The Subaru Crosstrek is a compact crossover SUV launched by Subaru. As the successor to the Subaru XV, it was officially unveiled at the Shanghai International Auto Show in April 2023. Built on the Subaru Global Platform (SGP), it is positioned as an imported crossover SUV.

Exterior Design

The Subaru Crosstrek adopts a compact crossover SUV design, fitted with rectangular LED headlights and integrated daytime running lights, paired with horizontal taillights. The front grille is equipped with silver strip decorations and black mesh. The vehicle comes with standard black wheel arch claddings and roof rails, and front fog lamps are equipped on high-spec trims. The body color options include Crystal White Pearl, Ice Silver Metallic, Obsidian Black Pearl, Dune Gray Metallic and Lagoon Blue Pearl.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4,495 mm in length, 1,800 mm in width, and 1,600 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,670 mm. It has a ground clearance of 220 mm. The rear seats adopt a 60/40 split-folding design to expand cargo space.

Interior Design

The Subaru Crosstrek is equipped with a 7-inch digital instrument cluster and an 11.6-inch vertical central touchscreen. Interior color schemes include Black, Gray and Brown. In terms of features, the base model comes equipped with 17-inch wheels, front and side airbags, rear parking sensors, a rearview camera, and cruise control. The higher-spec Premium version adds EyeSight driver-assistance systems, active braking, 360-degree camera system, and wireless phone charging function.

Powertrain

The Subaru Crosstrek is equipped with a front-mounted 2.5-liter naturally aspirated horizontally opposed four-cylinder gasoline engine, delivering a maximum power output of 124 kW and peak torque of 252 Nm. It is matched with a Lineartronic CVT transmission with 8-speed manual mode. Symmetrical all-wheel-drive system comes as standard configuration. The official top speed is 194 km/h. The vehicle is fitted with a 63L fuel tank, with an official comprehensive fuel consumption of 7.8 L per 100 kilometers.
