Exterior Design
The Leapmotor T03 adopts the brand’s “Curved Surface Technology Aesthetics” design concept, featuring a cute and dynamic front fascia with a closed grille that is a hallmark of pure electric vehicles, paired with a distinctive “smile curve” and elliptical “Function Cat-Eye” LED headlights, which enhance the vehicle’s recognition and affinity. The front bumper is equipped with a small air intake grille to meet heat dissipation needs while maintaining the overall rounded and lovely texture. The side of the body has smooth and full lines, with a slightly raised waistline extending from the front fender to the rear, complemented by blackened window frames and small-sized alloy wheels, creating a compact and vivid posture. The rear is fitted with a simple roof spoiler and split-type LED taillights that echo the front headlights, paired with a black anti-scratch trim on the rear bumper, presenting a practical and fashionable visual effect. The body is available in three color options: Sunny Sea Blue, Crystal White, and Starry Black.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 3,620 mm in length, 1,652 mm in width, and 1,605 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,400 mm. As a 5-door 4-seat mini electric vehicle, its interior space is fully optimized to meet the needs of daily urban commuting and short-distance family travel. The interior headroom and legroom for both front and rear seats are well-designed, ensuring a comfortable seating experience for adults of moderate height. The rear seats feature an integral folding design; the trunk has a regular volume of 210L and can be expanded to 508L after folding the rear seats, which greatly enhances storage flexibility, easily accommodating daily necessities, backpacks and small luggage.
Interior Design
The Leapmotor T03 features a simple and practical interior design with a driver-centered layout, focusing on intelligence and convenience. It is equipped with an 8-inch floating full LCD instrument cluster and a 10.1-inch high-definition floating central touchscreen, forming a dual-screen linkage system that supports information interaction and enhances the technological sense. The vehicle is equipped with the Leap On intelligent vehicle system powered by the Keda Xunfei 3.0 voice interaction system, ensuring smooth operation and supporting continuous voice dialogue and dialect recognition. The interior adopts a combination of hard plastic materials and leather-wrapped door panels, balancing practicality and texture. Interior color schemes include Starry Black and Light Grey, and the seats adopt skin-friendly fabrics that are comfortable and easy to clean. In terms of features, the standard model comes equipped with 15-inch alloy wheels, ABS, EBD, tire pressure monitoring, rear parking sensors, a rearview camera, and electronic power steering, among other practical functions. The higher-spec version adds ESC body stability control, TCS traction control, Level 2 driver-assistance systems, keyless entry, and one-touch start, as well as comfort features such as electric adjustable exterior mirrors and four-door electric windows.
Powertrain
The Leapmotor T03 offers two pure electric powertrain options to meet different user needs for power and range. It is equipped with a front-mounted single permanent magnet synchronous motor, with the entry-level version delivering a maximum power output of 55 kW and peak torque of 114 Nm, while the high-spec version outputs a maximum power of 80 kW and peak torque of 158 Nm. All versions are paired with a single-speed electric transmission and a front-wheel drive configuration, which is suitable for daily urban commuting. The vehicle is equipped with lithium iron phosphate battery packs in two capacities: 31.9 kWh and 41.3 kWh, offering CLTC-rated ranges of 310 km and 403 km respectively. In fast-charging mode, it takes approximately 36 minutes to charge from 30% to 80%, and it also supports slow charging to meet different charging needs. The electric drive system has an efficiency of up to 93%, with a combined energy consumption of about 10.5 kWh per 100 km, featuring excellent energy efficiency and low daily usage costs. It also comes standard with a heat pump air conditioner to reduce battery energy consumption in low-temperature environments.
