The Mazda CX-5 carries forward the brand’s iconic “Kodo” design philosophy, evolving into a more refined and dynamic style that perfectly balances elegance and sportiness. It features a compact and sleek SUV silhouette with a subtly raised hood, moderate ground clearance, and sharp double waistlines that run from the front fenders to the rear taillights, creating a ready-to-move dynamic posture. The front fascia adopts a prominent yet slightly flattened shield-shaped grille, which is filled with a honeycomb mesh texture and surrounded by thick chrome trim, seamlessly connecting with the sharp boomerang-shaped LED headlight units that have matrix-style LED light strips inside, enhancing both family recognition and a strong sense of technology.
The front bumper is equipped with a贯穿式 long strip air intake, with fog light installation positions reserved on both sides, and the slightly protruding front splitter and side air deflectors further enhance the sporty atmosphere. The rear is equipped with slender LED taillights that echo the front headlight shape, with a gradient lighting effect inside, ensuring high recognition when lit at night. A subtle smoked roof spoiler enhances the sporty appeal, while the widened black lower cladding and bilateral circular exhaust outlets create a cohesive visual effect with the front fascia. The body is available in multiple color options to cater to different aesthetic preferences, and some high-spec models are equipped with 19-inch smoked five-spoke petal alloy wheels paired with red brake calipers, along with practical roof rails, balancing practicality and stylish design.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4,575 mm in length, 1,842 mm in width, and 1,685 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,700 mm. As a compact SUV, this dimension offers sufficient interior space for both front and rear passengers, ensuring a comfortable riding experience. The luggage compartment has a regular and practical capacity of 583L, and the rear seats feature a flexible folding design, which can be expanded to 2019L when folded, easily accommodating luggage for family trips and camping equipment.
Interior Design
The Mazda CX-5 features a cockpit-centered design with a clean and layered dashboard layout, where the instrument panel and door panels are seamlessly connected to create a comfortable and immersive driving environment. It is equipped with a 10.25-inch full-color instrument panel and a 15.6-inch large floating central touchscreen, with fewer physical buttons to present a simple and technological style. The interior is wrapped in a large number of high-grade soft materials, paired with exquisite decorative panels, and high-spec models are equipped with Nappa leather and solid wood decorative panels to enhance the sense of luxury, delivering a delicate touch and excellent texture.

Powertrain

The front-wheel drive version has a comprehensive fuel consumption of 7.3 L/100km, while the all-wheel drive version is 7.7 L/100km, achieving a balance between power performance and fuel efficiency. Both gasoline engines adopt gasoline direct injection technology and Dual S-VT dual variable valve timing control system, matched with SKYACTIV-CHASSIS chassis technology, including MacPherson independent front suspension and multi-link independent rear suspension, to ensure linear power output and sensitive handling, combining daily practicality with excellent driving performance.
