Exterior Design
The Wuling Bingo Plus adopts the “Wind Energy Aesthetics” design concept, which is consistent with its positioning as a pure electric compact car tailored for urban commuting and family short-distance travel. It features a rounded and full front fascia with a fully closed grille design that highlights its pure electric identity, paired with sharp blade-shaped integrated LED headlights with lens, which are connected by a subtle decorative strip to enhance the sense of integrity. The LED daytime running lights adopt a straight-line design, forming a distinctive outline when lit and improving recognition. The side of the body adopts a sleek and dynamic contour, with a floating roof design and electric-adjustable and heated exterior rearview mirrors, and optional two-tone body color to enhance the layered and fashionable temperament. It is equipped with 15-inch aluminum alloy wind-breaking wheels with 185/60 R15 tires, which are both practical and aesthetically pleasing, meeting the needs of daily urban travel. The rear is equipped with straight-line signature LED taillights that echo the front headlights, with a simple and neat rear bumper and a small-sized rear spoiler, creating a refined and dynamic appearance. The body is available in four color options including Milk Coffee White, Storm Gray, Aurora Green and Glazed Red, all adopting high-quality coating process, catering to diverse personalized aesthetic needs, and it adopts a 5-door 5-seat hatchback structure to meet different usage needs.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle maintains a compact body that is easy to shuttle through crowded urban streets and park in small spaces, while optimizing the interior space to accommodate five passengers comfortably. The 5-seat layout balances seating space and practicality, providing comfortable riding space for daily family travel. The rear seats feature a 40/60 split-folding design with independent headrests, which greatly improves the flexibility of storage; the basic trunk volume is ample enough to accommodate daily necessities and travel luggage, and can be further expanded when the rear seats are folded, easily meeting the needs of daily use and short-distance family travel.
Interior Design
The Wuling Bingo Plus adopts a simple and comfortable interior design style with a “minimalist naturalism” concept, which is consistent with its positioning of a cost-effective and practical pure electric compact car. It is equipped with an 8.8-inch color LCD instrument cluster and a 10.1-inch floating central touchscreen, forming an intelligent human-computer interaction interface. The LCD instrument clearly displays key vehicle information such as vehicle speed, power and cruising range, while the central touchscreen has a clear display and smooth operation, integrating multimedia entertainment, vehicle settings, navigation and other rich functions. It is integrated with the Ling OS intelligent car-machine system, supporting 4G network, OTA intelligent remote upgrade, mobile phone connection, mobile App remote control and intelligent voice interaction that can control air conditioning, wipers, lights, windows and other functions, bringing a convenient operational experience. The interior adopts a 360-degree skin-friendly soft-wrapped circular leather layout, paired with appropriate decorative details to enhance the overall texture. The seats are made of imitation leather and suede materials, with the main driver’s seat supporting 6-way electric adjustment and the co-driver’s seat supporting 4-way adjustment, with good wrapping and support, ensuring riding comfort for short-distance and medium-distance travel. The interior is designed with a floating island double-layer auxiliary instrument panel and multiple storage spaces, and is equipped with a steering wheel shift, making the center console area more neat and practical.
In terms of features, the standard model comes equipped with automatic LED headlights, LED daytime running lights, rear parking sensors, reverse camera, ABS anti-lock braking system, EBD electronic brake force distribution system, front dual airbags, front side airbags, electronic vehicle stability system (ESC), manual air conditioning, full-car one-touch window lifting with anti-pinch function and electric power steering system, among other practical and safe functions. The higher-spec models add keyless entry, keyless start, electronic parking brake (EPB), automatic parking (Autohold), electric heating exterior rearview mirrors, rear windshield heating and defrosting, and mobile phone Bluetooth key, further enhancing the convenience and safety of daily use. All models are equipped with battery heating and intelligent heat preservation, energy recovery, low-voltage battery intelligent supplementary power and cruise control functions, which are more user-friendly for daily use.
Powertrain
The Wuling Bingo Plus is equipped with a front-mounted single permanent magnet synchronous electric motor, adopting a front-wheel drive form, which is more stable and flexible for urban commuting. It has a maximum power output of 75 kW and peak torque of 180 Nm, paired with a single-speed electric transmission, with an official top speed of 140 km/h, which is fully suitable for daily urban commuting and short-distance travel. The vehicle is equipped with lithium iron phosphate battery packs in different capacities: 31.9 kWh, 37.9 kWh and 50.6 kWh, offering CLTC-rated pure electric ranges of 330 km, 401 km and 510 km respectively. It supports both AC slow charging and DC fast charging; in fast-charging mode, it takes approximately 30 to 35 minutes to charge from 30% to 80%, while in slow-charging mode, it takes about 7.5 to 11 hours to fully charge (depending on the battery capacity), ensuring convenient daily use. The vehicle is also equipped with multiple driving modes including Economy+, Economy, Standard and Sport, as well as multiple energy recovery modes, achieving excellent energy efficiency.
