Exterior Design

The Kia K5 adopts Kia’s latest signature design language, featuring an elegant and dynamic front fascia with a blackened tiger-roaring hexagonal grille, paired with distinctive heartbeat-shaped LED daytime running lights and sharp matrix LED headlights that enhance the vehicle’s recognition. The side of the body boasts a sleek fastback silhouette, with a long waistline extending from the front fender to the taillights, creating a ready-to-pounce dynamic posture. The rear is equipped with a sporty roof spoiler and bilateral dual-exhaust pipes, complemented by a贯穿式 LED tail light with intermittent light strips, which greatly enhances the visual width and nighttime recognition, presenting a luxurious and sporty overall effect. The body is available in three color options: Diamond Sea Blue, Pearl White, and Phantom Black.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4,980 mm in length, 1,860 mm in width, and 1,445 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,900 mm. The interior headroom and legroom for both front and rear seats are ample, and the overall interior space is well-optimized to meet the comfort needs of mid-size sedan users. The rear seats feature a 60/40 split-folding design, which significantly improves storage and seating flexibility, easily accommodating large items such as luggage and travel gear.

Interior Design

The Kia K5 is equipped with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 12.3-inch embedded central touchscreen, delivering a sophisticated and user-friendly visual and operational experience. Interior color schemes include Black, Beige, and Black-Brown Two-tone, catering to different personalized preferences. In terms of features, the standard model comes equipped with 17-inch alloy wheels, ABS, ESC, front and rear parking sensors, a rearview camera, and electric power steering, among other practical functions. The higher-spec version adds a panoramic sunroof, keyless entry, one-touch start, cruise control, as well as comfort and tech features such as heated and ventilated front seats, driver’s seat memory, and a 360-degree camera system.

Powertrain

The Kia K5 offers two engine options to meet different user needs. It is available with a front-mounted 1.5-liter inline 4-cylinder turbocharged gasoline engine delivering a maximum power output of 125 kW (170 hp) and peak torque of 253 Nm, paired with a 7-speed dry dual-clutch transmission. The other option is a 2.0-liter inline 4-cylinder turbocharged gasoline engine with a maximum power output of 176.5 kW (240 hp) and peak torque of 353 Nm, matched with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The official top speed of the 1.5T version is 210 km/h, while the 2.0T version reaches 240 km/h. The vehicle adopts a front-wheel drive configuration, suitable for both daily urban commuting and long-distance driving. The combined fuel consumption of the 1.5T version is approximately 5.95 L/100 km, and the 2.0T version is about 6.88 L/100 km, featuring good fuel economy.
