The AION i60 is GAC Aion’s first extended-range model. Positioned as a large five-seat extended-range SUV, it officially launched on November 16, 2025, and is available in both extended-range and all-electric versions. The vehicle measures 4,685 × 1,854 × 1,660 mm in length, width, and height (the extended-range version has a width of 1,876 mm), with a wheelbase of 2,775 mm.

Exterior Design

The AION i60 is a compact new energy SUV, equipped with a closed front grille and full LED headlight groups. The vehicle is fitted with LED taillight groups and rear bumper trim. Multiple body color options are available. The vehicle adopts 17-inch and 18-inch wheel configurations for different versions. Semi-hidden door handles are equipped as standard. A 1.9-square-meter panoramic sunroof is equipped for partial versions.
The vehicle adopts a 5-door 5-seater SUV layout. The body dimensions are 4685 mm in length, 1854 mm in width and 1660 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2775 mm. Electrically adjustable exterior mirrors with heating and automatic folding functions are equipped for different versions. An electric charging port cover is equipped as standard.

Interior Design

The vehicle is equipped with a full LCD digital instrument cluster and central control touchscreen. Multiple interior color schemes are available, matched with fabric and leather upholstery and metallic decorative trim. The vehicle supports multi-color ambient lighting and automatic constant temperature air conditioning. An electronic gear shift lever is equipped as standard.
Standard configurations include front, side and curtain airbags, front and rear parking sensors, rearview camera and constant-speed cruise control. Keyless entry and one-key start functions are standard. High-spec versions are equipped with 540-degree panoramic camera system, adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist and active braking system. The vehicle supports vehicle network connection, wireless phone charging, V2L external discharge and OTA upgrade functions.

Powertrain

The AION i60 adopts front-wheel drive layout, available in pure electric and extended-range power versions, matched with single-speed fixed gear electric drive assembly. The pure electric version is equipped with front permanent magnet synchronous motor with a maximum power of 150 kW. The extended-range version is equipped with a 1.5L range extender with a maximum power of 74 kW and a front drive motor with a maximum power of 180 kW.
The pure electric version is equipped with 62.27kWh and 75.26kWh lithium iron phosphate battery packs, with CLTC pure electric cruising ranges of 530 km and 650 km. The extended-range version has a CLTC pure electric cruising range of 210 km and a comprehensive cruising range of 1240 km. The vehicle supports DC fast charging and AC slow charging functions. The vehicle is equipped with energy recovery system and battery constant temperature management system. The vehicle adopts front MacPherson independent suspension and rear multi-link independent suspension system.
