The HYCAN A06 adheres to the “Vector Aesthetics” design philosophy, featuring a sleek and dynamic pure electric mid-size sedan silhouette that perfectly balances futuristic aesthetics and daily practicality, built on the self-developed H-GEA global pure electric architecture. Its front fascia is highlighted by a fully closed grille integrated with sharp L-shaped full-LED headlights, forming a concise and aggressive visual impact, while the smooth curvature lines gradually transition from the front to the rear, presenting a perfect combination of power and agility. The body is designed with a low-slung coupe posture, paired with streamlined waistlines and semi-closed low-drag alloy wheels, which not only enhances the sporty demeanor but also optimizes aerodynamic performance, achieving an ultra-low drag coefficient of 0.217Cd. The rear is equipped with a sporty ducktail spoiler and a streamlined through-type LED taillight group that echoes the front design, complemented by a sleek rear bumper and low-profile decorative trim, further enhancing the vehicle’s sense of modernity and recognition. The body is available in a variety of fashionable color options, catering to the aesthetic preferences of young urban users and new energy vehicle consumers.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4,965 mm in length, 1,920 mm in width, and 1,520 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,850 mm, leading its class in wheelbase length. This spacious body layout ensures ample headroom and legroom for both front and rear passengers, with the interior longitudinal space reaching 1,841 mm and vertical space up to 1,243 mm, eliminating the “small bench” sitting posture and delivering a comfortable riding experience. The vehicle adopts a 4-door 5-seat sedan layout, with a trunk volume of 413 L, which can easily accommodate daily items and travel luggage. It also features hidden electric door handles, electric exterior rearview mirrors with folding and heating functions, and other humanized exterior configurations, further enhancing convenience and modern technological sense, making it suitable for both daily urban commuting and medium-distance family travel.
Interior Design
The HYCAN A06 boasts a refined and intelligent interior that combines high-quality materials with humanized design, continuing the vector design aesthetics of the exterior, with a large number of balanced vertical lines creating a lightweight and avant-garde surround-style zero-gravity visual effect. The dashboard and door panels are covered with soft-touch materials, along with delicate stitching details and stylish trim accents, highlighting its youthful and premium attributes. The center console adopts a simple and fashionable layout, with a 10.25-inch full LCD instrument cluster and a 14.6-inch high-definition floating central touchscreen, forming a dual-screen interactive layout that provides clear driving information and seamless operation experience. The interior is equipped with the H-VIP 2.0 intelligent driving interconnection system based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, integrated with voice control, mobile phone connection and OTA upgrades, as well as multiple entertainment applications such as cloud games and video platforms, providing a safe and convenient human-computer interaction experience. Interior color schemes include minimalist and fashionable options, matched with high-quality imitation leather sport seats, focusing on comfort and practicality to meet different personalized preferences.
In terms of features, the standard model comes equipped with 18-inch alloy wheels, multiple airbags, rear parking sensors, a rearview camera, automatic air conditioning, tire pressure monitoring, keyless entry (full vehicle), hidden electric door handles, a 10.25-inch full LCD instrument cluster and a 14.6-inch central touchscreen, among other practical and safety functions. The higher-spec models add more premium configurations, including a 1.7㎡ Low-E low-radiation panoramic sunroof, a 11-speaker 7.0-channel immersive audio system, electric adjustment for the driver’s seat, rear independent air outlets, mobile phone wireless charging, a center armrest refrigerator, 360-degree panoramic camera, and HYCAN PILOT intelligent driving assistance system, further enhancing comfort and safety for driving. The vehicle also features a waterfall-style wind-free air curtain and ANC active noise reduction technology, creating a quieter and more comfortable riding environment.
Powertrain
The HYCAN A06 offers two powertrain options to meet different performance and cruising range needs: a single-motor front-wheel drive and a dual-motor all-wheel drive. Both versions are equipped with high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motors; the single-motor version (produced by Suzhou Inovance) delivers a maximum power output of 160 kW and peak torque of 225 Nm, paired with a 60.04 kWh lithium iron phosphate ceramic battery pack. The dual-motor all-wheel drive version delivers stronger performance, with a 0-100 km/h acceleration time that meets the needs of sporty driving. Both versions are matched with a fixed-ratio transmission, delivering a smooth and responsive driving experience, with the motor control program optimized to adapt to various driving scenarios.
The vehicle is available in front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive layouts, with CLTC comprehensive cruising ranges of 520 km, 550 km and 630 km depending on the battery capacity, meeting the needs of daily urban commuting and medium-distance travel. It supports DC fast charging, which can charge from 30% to 80% in approximately 0.58 hours, effectively reducing charging time. The battery packs are produced by China Innovation Aviation, with excellent energy storage and safety performance, and the first owner enjoys an unlimited mileage/year warranty for the three-electric system. The vehicle is also equipped with multiple driving modes, as well as an optimized front MacPherson and rear five-link suspension system, enhancing driving stability and riding comfort, making it suitable for both daily urban commuting and family travel. It also comes with a 4-year or 150,000-kilometer whole-vehicle warranty, ensuring reliable use.
