The IM L6 is the fourth mid-to-large-sized all-electric sedan launched by IM Motors. Built on an 800V high-voltage architecture, it boasts a maximum range exceeding 1,000 kilometers under CLTC conditions. It features the industry’s first mass-produced ultra-fast-charging solid-state battery, the “Light-Year Solid-State Battery.” The all-wheel-drive version accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.74 seconds and is equipped with a Continental braking system, achieving a braking distance of 33 meters from 100 km/h to a stop.

Exterior Design

The IM L6 is a mid-to-large pure electric sedan equipped with LED headlight assemblies and LED taillight groups. The vehicle is fitted with 19-inch and 20-inch wheel rims for different versions. Hidden door handles are equipped as standard. The available exterior body colors include White, Black, Silver, Blue and Gray.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4937 mm in length, 1960 mm in width, and 1474 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2950 mm. It adopts a 4-door 5-seat layout. The rear seats support folding adjustment to expand rear cargo space.

Interior Design

The IM L6 is fitted with a full LCD instrument panel and a central control touch screen. The interior is equipped with leather seats and a multi-function steering wheel. Partial versions support front seat electric adjustment, heating, ventilation and massage functions, as well as wireless phone charging function and panoramic sunroof.
In terms of configurations, the standard model comes with front and rear parking sensors, rearview camera, cruise control, front airbags, side airbags and automatic air conditioning. Higher-spec models are equipped with 360-degree panoramic imaging system and active braking system.

Powertrain

The IM L6 provides single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor four-wheel drive pure electric powertrain versions, paired with a single-speed fixed gear transmission. The single-motor version delivers a maximum power of 250 kW. The dual-motor version has a comprehensive system maximum power of 425 kW and a comprehensive peak torque of 650 Nm.
The vehicle is equipped with 74 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery packs and 90 kWh, 100 kWh ternary lithium battery packs for different versions. The vehicle has CLTC cruising ranges of 650 km, 690 km, 780 km and 850 km correspondingly. It supports fast charging and slow charging functions. The vehicle adopts front double wishbone independent suspension and rear five-link independent suspension, and is equipped with rear-wheel steering system as standard.
