The Roewe D6 is a pure-electric A+ segment family sedan launched by SAIC Roewe on April 23, 2025, at the Shanghai Auto Show, with a total of six variants available. The vehicle measures 4,792 × 1,828 × 1,496 mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 2,750 mm. It features CTB (Cell-to-Body) integrated battery technology and offers two CLTC range options: 450 km and 520 km. Its energy consumption is as low as 10.6 kWh per 100 km, and it has a drag coefficient of 0.27 Cd.

Exterior Design

The Roewe D6 adopts the brand’s new family design language, featuring a smooth and dynamic overall shape that combines practicality with a sense of fashion. It is equipped with a horizontally laid wind-feather breathing front face with a split upper and lower design, creating a three-dimensional breathing sense, and the naturally raised muscle lines on both sides of the front compartment highlight the sense of power. It is paired with star-orbit interlaced daytime running lights based on the new family light language design, with a concise and sharp wing-like shape outlining a sharp front face, matched with integrated far and near beam headlights, which are full of modern sense and impact. The rear is equipped with interstellar interlaced taillights that echo the front lights, spreading a wide horizon at the rear, which is highly recognizable when driving at night. The body adopts low-VOC environmentally friendly paint, and is available in multiple color options including Canglang Gray and Xiaguang Purple to meet different personalized needs.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4,792 mm in length, 1,828 mm in width, and 1,496 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,750 mm and a drag coefficient of 0.27. The interior space is fully utilized with the support of CTB battery-body integration technology, featuring a flat floor design in the rear row, providing ample legroom and headroom for passengers. The rear seats are designed for comfort and practicality, and the trunk has a considerable capacity, which can easily accommodate luggage and daily necessities, fully meeting the needs of family travel.

Interior Design

The Roewe D6 adopts a wraparound cockpit design, focusing on simplicity and practicality, with the center console adopting a layout of a horizontal large screen plus high-frequency physical buttons, which improves the convenience of user operation. The entry-level model is equipped with a 10.25-inch central control screen, while other versions are upgraded to a 12.8-inch floating screen with a simple UI design, including application desktop, service cards and immersive wallpapers, enhancing travel convenience and usage efficiency. The interior is decorated with high-quality materials, with the upper part of the door panel wrapped in leather for a comfortable touch, and is equipped with practical configurations such as 29 flexible storage spaces to meet the daily storage needs of users.
Interior color schemes are designed to cater to personalized preferences, including fresh and elegant color options such as Lvye Xianzong. In terms of features, the standard model comes equipped with rear parking sensors, a rearview camera, cruise control, electronic parking, and one-key window lifting, among other practical functions. The higher-spec versions add Level 2 driver-assistance systems, ACC adaptive cruise, lane keeping, 3.3 kW V2L external power output, and other advanced and practical configurations, further enhancing the driving experience and safety.

Powertrain

The Roewe D6 is a pure electric vehicle based on SAIC’s new generation pure electric architecture, adopting a front-mounted single electric motor and front-wheel drive mode. It provides two power versions: the motor has a maximum power of 95 kW and 105 kW respectively, with a maximum torque of 201 N·m, and is paired with a single-speed electric transmission, with an official top speed of 150 km/h. It is equipped with CTB battery-body integration technology and an integrated thermal management system, which reduces the overall vehicle weight by 16% and improves battery efficiency and vehicle safety.
The vehicle is available with two lithium iron phosphate battery pack options: 42.8 kWh and 53.95 kWh, offering CLTC-rated pure electric ranges of 450 km and 520 km respectively, with a minimum 100-kilometer power consumption of 10.6 kWh. In fast-charging mode, it takes approximately 30 minutes to charge from 30% to 80%, and it also supports AC charging, meeting the needs of daily commuting and long-distance travel. The advanced integrated thermal management system enables a 75% range achievement rate under actual measurement at around minus 20℃, effectively alleviating range anxiety.
