The ONVO L90 adopts a sleek and majestic design language that inherits the brand’s family-style aesthetics, combining flagship luxury with advanced technological sense, featuring a sleek front fascia with a closed grille paired with a decorative strip that enhances the horizontal visual width, highlighting its pure electric identity. It is equipped with the iconic “Star Road Shine” intelligent interactive pixel headlights, which support 5 static light languages, 4 dynamic light languages and 2 welcome light languages, and are equipped with ADB adaptive functions, paired with stylish split-type LED taillights that echo the front lights, forming a coherent and unified design language and presenting a calm and recognizable visual effect. The rear is equipped with a sporty rear spoiler integrated with a high-mounted brake light, which not only enhances the overall sense of luxury but also optimizes aerodynamic performance, with a drag coefficient as low as 0.25Cd. The vehicle comes standard with multi-spoke alloy wheels, with 3 optional wheel designs, and the higher-spec version is equipped with electric side steps for convenient getting on and off. The body is available in multiple color options, including Rock Ridge Brown, Cloud Sunrise Gold, Chenhui Silver, Jingyue Black, and Snow Peak White, to meet diverse user preferences.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 5,145 mm in length, 1,998 mm in width, and 1,786 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,110 mm. Its well-proportioned large SUV posture and smooth double upward waistlines create a majestic and dynamic appearance, perfectly balancing flagship luxury and practicality. It adopts a 5-door layout with 6-seat (2+2+2) and 7-seat (2+2+3) options, providing flexible seating arrangements for family travel. The vehicle is equipped with a 240L frunk that supports “intelligent touch opening”, and the total storage space of the whole vehicle reaches 670L, with 48 storage points throughout the vehicle, easily accommodating daily necessities, family luggage and travel items, meeting the diverse needs of daily commuting and long-distance family trips.
Interior Design
The ONVO L90 features a wrap-around cockpit design, equipped with a 35-inch AR-HUD head-up display (replacing the traditional instrument panel) and a 17.2-inch 3K central touchscreen, forming an intelligent interactive design that delivers a concise and high-tech visual experience and smooth operation supported by the NIO self-developed 5nm vehicle-grade intelligent driving chip “Shenji NX9031” and the whole-vehicle global operating system “SkyOS·Tianshu”, paired with the new Coconut 3.0 and Coconut+ 3.0 intelligent systems. Interior color schemes include Cloud Silk Rice, Night Shade Black, Moon Banyan Brown and Black Ya Theme, paired with large-area high-grade Nappa leather wrapping, real wood decorative panels and titanium gold soft light decorative strips, creating a luxurious, quiet and comfortable cockpit texture that caters to personalized preferences.
In terms of features, the standard model comes equipped with a three-spoke elliptical steering wheel, comfortable leather seats, dual-zone automatic constant temperature air conditioning, keyless entry and start, front and rear parking sensors, and a rearview camera, among other practical functions. The higher-spec version adds a 360-degree panoramic camera, 256-color ambient light, a 23-speaker LeDao Voice audio system with 24-channel power amplifier, a cooling and heating refrigerator, 17.3-inch 3K sky entertainment screen for the second row, and zero-gravity seat on the right side of the second row, as well as high-level intelligent driving assistance systems including full-scene navigation-assisted driving, supporting complex scenarios such as priority passage at intersections, intelligent lane changing and overtaking, and automatic entry and exit of roundabouts, enhancing convenience and safety.
Powertrain
The ONVO L90 is a pure electric vehicle based on the NIO NT3.0 platform, equipped with the NIO flagship electric drive system and full-domain 900V three-electric technology, offering two powertrain options: rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive. The rear-wheel drive version is equipped with a single permanent magnet synchronous motor, delivering a maximum power output of 340 kW, paired with a single-speed electric transmission, with smooth power output and an official 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 5.9 seconds. The all-wheel drive version is equipped with front and rear dual permanent magnet synchronous motors, delivering a maximum power output of 440 kW and peak torque of 535 N·m, with an official 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 4.7 seconds.
The vehicle is standardly equipped with an 85 kWh new-generation lightweight battery pack with an energy density of 193.2 wh/kg, corresponding to a CLTC pure electric range of 600 km for the rear-wheel drive version and 570 km for the all-wheel drive version. It supports fast charging, slow charging and battery swapping functions, with 3-minute fast battery swapping and 10-minute fast charging to supplement 400 km of range, and it can be charged from 30% to 80% in fast-charging mode. It is also equipped with an intelligent air suspension with a 100mm super large stroke, front double wishbone and rear five-link independent suspension, combined with 4D global comfort navigation, achieving excellent driving stability and comfort, perfectly balancing power performance and energy efficiency.
